I RARELY give a one-star review. I've written over 175 reviews, and I believe less than 10 are one-star, so...
We ate dinner nearby and wanted some dessert. This place looked like a good choice. We chose poorly. We walked in (it is located inside Axe Escape) and watched some card throwing (I've always been entertained by that) for about 60 seconds and then walked to the back where the ice cream is located. No one was there to help, but we waited and looked at the ice cream and started thinking about what we would want. However, after noticing all the freezer burn on the ice cream choices we began to re-think our decision, but were still willing to give it a shot... but after waiting around for 4 minutes and still no one coming to help... nope. That was it. We left and will not be returning. A bit bummed... not many places do the ice cream and alcohol mix, but it was obvious The Universe was letting us know this was NOT the place for our dessert...
Read moreOh my god, I arrived to this location around 1pm. My spouse and I were looking for a nice treat after our lunch. Found this place and looked like a fun place to visit (maybe play some games before going home). Walked in and the only employe in this location was not having a good day he looked pissed and unwelcoming. We asked about the ice cream cause it’s our first time trying to see if he will talked to us and loosen him up a bit and he just pointed at the ice cream area and said I will be over in a bit (I look around there 2 couples playing axes and no one else) At this point I’m already upset cause I have had such a great day and this man (fun sucker) was killing my mood. So me and my spouse got ice cream without the boozy and ate it in the car cause while we waited to pay I was going to sit but the gentleman open the door for us. Sorry but the environment matters this is...
Read moreThis is an ice cream cooler in the back of an axe throwing place, it’s not its own store front that focuses on ice cream. The ice cream is not good and the “boozy” part of it is gimmicky. It was awkward being in there, we were the only people and we just wanted ice cream not the axe throwing part. Their website mislead us there with an overstated representation of their product but we went out of our way to check it out so we decided to try it any way. We paid for our 2 scoops in plastic solo cups ($17) and threw them out as soon as we walked out the door. Maybe the establishment itself is cool if you want to throw axes, but be beware that if you’re looking for ice cream, an actual ice cream shop would definitely be better. Sharing this info to help anyone going out of their way to drop by this place solely...
