Victory MedSpa offers a variety of wonderful services at competitive pricing. The staff are friendly when they greet you and offer you a drink while you wait a minute to be called back for your service. I have tried out other Med Spas with no luck. They have either been overly pricey wanting you to join a monthly subscription, snooty, or just not up to par with the most recent technological advances in the health and beauty world. Victory MedSpa has the newest machines on the market, attends conferences to keep up with the most current methods, and they sure know how to implement them! This is definitely one thing that differentiates Victory MedSpa from their competitors! The staff member I have worked with is Kristin Laskaris. She is beyond qualified and extremely knowledgeable on a wide variety of health related topics. I have noted that she is always up-to-date on the BEST way to help you achieve your desired outcome with the latest practices at an economical rate. I love that Kristen has never tried to upsell me. In fact, it has been the opposite. At times I thought I needed X,Y,Z and Kristen will say, “Actually, you do not need Y and Z. Let’s just do X really well and go from there.” To my astonishment she has never failed me! I leave the spa feeling like a new person and that I definitely got the biggest bang for my buck. After a service, she will even call you later that evening to check on you, see how things are going, if you are pleased, and how she can better assist you in the future. She is extremely easy to talk to, and she actually wants to hear the honest truth if you did not like it. However, I have never had a single complaint and have always been blown away by the services—even months later! Some services they offer are: Hydrofacial (using the Aquaphor machine), radio frequency, micro needling (with a machine called Scarlet), laser hair removal, injectables such as Botox, Lip filler, and vitamins, and do cool sculpting. Extremely Unprofessional & Legally Questionable Practices

I had a microneedling appointment scheduled for 3:45 PM on Friday. I received no confirmation of cancellation through the normal communication method your team always uses—text message. Instead, someone apparently left a voicemail, which I never received or was able to access. I have always communicated with your team via text, not voicemail.

What’s most concerning: you sent me a text appointment reminder for the Friday appointment—after the voicemail was supposedly left. Under standard consumer protection practices, sending a confirmation or reminder of an appointment creates a reasonable expectation that the appointment is valid and will be honored. If a business sends a reminder but fails to provide the service, this can be considered a form of false or deceptive business practice, which is addressed under consumer protection laws such as the FTC Act (15 U.S. Code § 45) that prohibit unfair or deceptive acts or practices in commerce.

I showed up at the scheduled time. The doors were locked. No one was there. No one answered the phone. I lost time, preparation, and an afternoon for a service that was never provided.

To make matters worse, when I called later to ask what happened, I was met with hostility and yelling from someone named Angela, who blamed me for showing up—even though I had received a clear appointment reminder via text. She also told me the company "had the right" to send me that reminder even if the appointment had been canceled. That is not only illogical but misleading.

Victory Med Spa is my go to for all my beautification needs. I drive an hour one way because they are that great. What really sets it apart is the aestheticians, Rachel & Andrea are both awesome! They are super knowledgeable and truly care about their clients happiness. They take the time to listen to your wants, needs and concerns. They pay special attention to making sure you look natural and never that overdone plastic look. Always going above and beyond to make sure the experience is amazing.
