If you haven’t gone food shopping and want to eat something that has any actual nutritional value after working out at the golds down the street this is your spot. It’s the closest non fast food spot from the gym so I decided to try it out since I haven’t been food shopping yet and I didn’t want to ruin my whole workout by eating one of the numerous fast food restaurants nearby. The tacos were good. Literally no complaints, they’re less than 5$ each and reasonably sized. 2 should have you full but not stuffed. I also got a fruit cup since I’m trying to eat healthy and for the amount of fruit you get I’d say it justifies the price to be honest. The tacos themselves weren’t mind blowing must have tacos in a city known for tacos but they’re very good and I wasn’t disappointed. I also got a chocolate chip cookie since who cares about gains… and it tasted better than a grocery store cookie, it was surprisingly good for a Mexican spot Overall it’s a good place in an area that doesn’t have a lot of immediate non fast food dining options. I’d recommend trying it out

Let me start with the service - the man that checked me out is tall with a beard and wore a hat ( didn’t get his name ) but he provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. Thank you for being so kind! Secondly - the food is 10/10 amazing. What a hidden gem. I found this spot just casually driving and I’m so glad I did. I ordered 2 tacos with chips and salsa, and probably top 3 best tacos I’ve ever hard. They put soooo much meat in their tacos, it’s amazing for the price. Super flavorful & all tacos are $3 on Tuesday. I tried a chipotle chicken and carna asada. The tortilla chips are very tasty as well! The moment I took a bit, I wanted to order 2 more to go. I will definitely be back. So glad I found this place! If you’re looking for authentic tacos in Austin with great parking spots ( this can be a deal breaker for me ) come check this spot out. I came on a work day, had my lunch outside by the patio and finished my work day as they have wifi as well!

A good friend here for my birthday to enjoy the Megas, which was wonderful and huge I almost couldn't but my friend ate all of hers. Inside is small enough for us to have a good conversation and enjoy a peaceful meal. I even saw some other friends there, so it is a popular place. I had unsweet tea with my meal and I really enjoyed the tea, but they do not have diet Dr. Pepper (oh, my) which is my favorite drink with meals. The menu takes a long time to decipher what you would like to eat but you can come to Google Maps and find a picture of the menu and decide ahead of time, so you can get in and out quicker. Or you can eat inside for a leisurely lunch or brunch as my friend and I did for my birthday (I turned 65).

My experience the both times I have ordered their food has not been pleasant. For one I live 10 min down the road and it takes almost an hour to get to me. The food is cold by the point. I order 2 bacon, egg, and avocado tacos on corn. Each time they have barley given me slivers of bacon. Only 1/4 of a bacon slice and it’s soggy, squishy and gross. On top of that they give you the smallest slice of avocado and charge you $4 a taco. So basically it’s an egg and corn taco. The 2nd time around I decided to give them another try and add instructions that I wanted a full piece of crispy bacon (as it should be) and salsa and again they ignored the instructions and gave me 2 very sad, disappointing tacos, and AGAIN no salsa. I had to cook my own bacon and add my own avocado. The point this morning was to not have to cook, but obviously that didn’t happen. I will not be going to this place or...
