This lake was once promoted as the “Carp Capital of the World,” but the reality fell far short of expectations. There is virtually no accessible bank fishing at any of the surrounding parks. Overgrown vegetation severely limits access to prime fishing spots, and the presence of unsanitary conditions—such as human waste beneath bridges—is both concerning and unacceptable.
