Afuga Coffee — Restaurant in Austin

I had to share my wonderful experience at this shop! I absolutely loved every minute of my visit. The internet was perfect for working, and the music created a great vibe while still allowing me to focus. I noticed lots of people actively working, making it an ideal place for business meetings.

When I had a small cut, Christine was amazing—she quickly got me a band-aid and made me a delicious latte! The space itself is so welcoming and open. One of the coolest features is that they rent out adorable picnic baskets, perfect for a day at Lady Bird Lake Hike & Bike Trail. With beautiful weather, good coffee, and tasty bites, why wouldn’t you take advantage of that?

Brand new, light-filled, clean, beautiful cafe with lots of cute indoor plants. It's by the Lake/River park, so serves as a perfect spot to relax after running/jogging/walking at the waterfront. Their lavender honey bun is the best pastry I ever had. Very strong lavender taste, not too sweet. Just perfect. A cardamon bun is also excellent. Another thing I like is that the cafe is equipped with a large vanity and a sink outside of the bathrooms for quick hand washing (each bathroom has its own sink, too). Not many power outlet available-- so this may not be a perfect place for using laptops...

I come here at least once a week! I work right above Afuga and I love that it is very convenient. Edgar always makes my drinks perfection! I definitely recommend “The Shaken”, “Hot Lavendar Latte with almond milk” their Cold Brew and their “Strawberry Iced Matcha” with Oatmilk! 10/10! And also recommend their vegan coffee cake. They have such cute little Knick knack accessories that you can purchase as well!

If I could change one thing, it would be to add non-masala Chai to the menu! As I’m not a fan of the masala chai and it has too much of a “spice” for my taste. Other than that, i definitely...
