The management is so bad I told them not to contact me again. I paid the $20, signed the release for the bank and it's excuse after excuse as to why they can't verify. Like 25 days later. I’m happy in general with the way management responds to requests for information and the activities and meetings provided to our community. I’m unhappy with the way the buildings, garage and common areas are being kept. That’s mostly on the residents though. There is dog poop in the garage, corridors, back and side of the building, walkway and sidewalk, and one has to be very careful not to step on that stinky mess. I suggest that the offenders be shamed and pay penalties. I understand that requires monitoring the cameras in practicality all those areas, but emails and texts asking that residents pick up their dog feces are not effective and don’t seem to stop that behavior. Those nasty neighbors need to have their picture caught on camera and then placed on flyers, community alerts, text messages and email to all residents. I can’t think of any other measure that would be effective in stopping those offenders from not picking up after their...
