For the egregious sum of $7.00 US dollars, one would expect a veritable feast of frozen delights, not a mere minuscule spoonful that would require a microscope to discern. And let us not even begin to discuss the paltry drop of milk, scarcely enough to satiate even the most diminutive of appetites.
Furthermore, the arbitrary portion sizes only serve to exacerbate the sense of injustice, leaving patrons feeling cheated and undervalued. If one is to indulge in luxury, it is only fitting to expect the treatment befitting of royalty, not the mechanical indifference exhibited by the staff.

While choosing chocolates, a staff member insisted on charging us immediately, which felt uncomfortable as we were trying to get gelato as well but she insisted and that we could pay first and get charged again if we wanted extra toppings…. Additionally, while waiting for gelato, two customers ahead took numerous samples, and we waited patiently. The staff overlooked us, and a worker with winged eyeliner finished her customer and asked if we’d been helped as I told her no and hand my receipt she says “oh the other girl will help you once she’s done and skipped us for someone behind us!!! When I finally got served, I was asked not even a minute later to move aside rudely by that same employee, despite being in the middle of my order. if she wanted to rush through she should have taken us first instead of taking the next customer and have us wait for the other employee “to finish”. This experience could have been handled with more courtesy and attention to customers. I hope management addresses these issues to improve...
Read moreI usually enjoy coming to Venchi Aventura because the ice cream is great and the service is friendly. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was disappointing due to poor customer service.
The flavor I wanted was almost finished, and I asked Chris (employee) if he could bring out a new tray. Instead, he insisted that he had to serve me the last scrapes from the old container before opening a fresh one. To me, it felt like I was being served leftovers, and there wasn’t even enough to make a proper portion.
I mentioned to him that part of good customer service is taking care of the client and offering the best product possible, especially for a place like Venchi. His response was dismissive—even though he acknowledged that he had seen me there before as a returning customer.
