Rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional! My husband went to this store, which we have been to before with no problem. Apparently, unbeknownst to him, 3:00 was when the store was open to retail customers. My husband arrived at 2:00. He was asked if he was there to pick up an order, he said he was not. A young woman walked through and announced to him that retail opens at 3:00..and she just kept on walking. We were getting ready to leave for TX to visit our son, a soldier at Ft. Hood. He requested their poblano sausage. My husband was ready to spend a few hundred dollars so we could drive those sausages to TX. The woman did not offer to help him if he would be patient; let him know that if he returned at 3:00, she could help him...provide any type of customer service, so my husband just turned around and walked out. Their hours also customer-friendly. But best of all- the owner and his staff.
