Updating our review…… Sadly our excitement turned to frustration and disappointment! We spent over $20,000 on a hot tub and for that much money you’d think it would be great quality! Not so much, the panels warp and the trim pieces fall off from the pressure. Very poorly designed! To their credit they have come out and “fixed” it 3-4 times but it’s simply a poor design and should have been recalled or replaced with the updated design. Very very frustrating. The last repair took over 6 months for them to come out and replace the panel which is warped and the trim pieces are already falling off. To add insult to frustration they zipped tied it on! My husband put it this way, it’s like buying a brand new car and the bumper falls off! So beyond disappointed!
Our original review was: From purchase to delivery Bullfrog employees have made our experience simple, and stress free. We’ve been very pleased with the customer service we’ve received from everyone from the sales reps to the electrician they recommend (Stewart electrical) to the delivery service. Very one we worked with along the way were very pleasant, helpful, informative, and patiently answered all of our questions. At delivery we noticed they forgot the handle so they made a note of the delivery paperwork and advised us to call the sales rep, we purchased our spa at the home show so we called the local store we had done our financing paperwork at and the gal that answered said she had handles there at the store and we were welcome to come pick one up and she even gave us a couple freebies for maintenance for the inconvenience of coming out of our way to pick up the handle. I’m sure if we weren’t willing to pick it up they would have shipped it or arranged for some sort of delivery. They really care about their customers satisfaction. It seems like if you asked for their shirt they’d hand it over without hesitation. I’d definitely recommend Bullfrog spas! Sadly we won’t be recommending...
Read moreOne of my very least favorite things to do is spend money. Having said that I must say that Pam at bullfrog made this a very pleasant experience. First let me say say that we shopped four different companies to look at spa / hot tubs.
Bullfrog was our first stop , Pam set an impossibly high standard for the others to follow.
First is Pam's knowledge, never ending knowledge it seems, about her product. She knows every detail about every part of the spa the manufacturing process Etc.
As I mentioned before I don't like to spend money, bullfrog was not the cheapest, but Pam convinced me and I believe that I got the most value for my Dollar by following her advice.
Pam was there every step of the way first she gave me a list of approved suggested electricians which I used, she gave advice on the pad that I would need to set the spot on. She was there from beginning to end always with a smile and helpful advice. If you're the type of person who is influenced by testimonials then you can save yourself a lot of time by just visiting Pam and picking out your spa to fit your needs. But if you're like me and need to shop around do it like I did and you will find Pam is absolutely the best out there.

Read moreI had the pleasure of visiting the Bullfrog Spa Avondale store. Pam was the sales manager who assisted me. What a fantastic experience! I fessed up I knew absolutely nothing about spas. Pam and I had a long conversation where she took the time to know what my spa needs were. She ask clarifying questions to zero in on the right product for me. It was clear she did not want to oversell or undersell me. She provided great information and knowledge about spas and went into great detail about Bullfrog. What an asset she is. Being the conscientious buyer I am, I visited two other spa stores. Those experiences were like walking through the gates of hell. I had more questions walking out of those stores than I did walking in. In fairness to the other salespeople, once you work with Pam, you don’t have a chance. After several visits with Pam, the decision was made, Bullfrog. I would be remised if I didn’t mention the numerous people I witnessed who walked into the store.
