I loved this play for my first years of college however they took a turn. I was happy shopping here thinking all their taxidermy is ethical however it is not. For my most recent visits, I realized they were selling bat taxidermy which is highly unethical in itself. It is almost impossible to get ethical bat taxidermy. Then on my last visit I saw this, a Painted Woolly Bat which is on the IUCN list as near threatened and typically cannot be obtained or sold due to this. And the fact that the patagium is fully intact (the fleshy parts of the wings) means that it was not found dead, it would have needed to be killed to be made into this taxidermy. The patagium deteriorates rapidly after death because of how delicate it is. I’m very disappointed that I have made purchases here before. I wonder what other ethical taxidermy they are lying about.

I wish I would have taken pictures! This place is so cool and every turn is a new and awesome find. I truly believe there is something for everyone here. I could have spent hours here and will definitely return. Also the ladies at the register were more than helpful. Friendly environment and very clean. I picked up a rainbow obsidian pendant and of course pictures don’t do justice.

I really liked this place. It sold a lot of different rocks and gems in their natural forms. It also has a selection of rocks carved into different shapes. There is a small selection of different theological objects there as well. I picked up this coin for the Chinese year of the dragon. Overall I think it makes a nice gift shop.

I have always loved this store ever since it opened, but what really went up and beyond was when I was during Christmas. My family has experienced a lot of loss in such a short amount of time right before Christmas. My idea for my remaining loved ones were to make protection, healing, and strength amulets because we all seriously need them!! A couple of the amulets are holding the ashes of my uncle and aunt . I tried to get everything that I needed by ordering online and was going to go pick it all up in store. It was a lot of stuff, and I need a promo code to be able to afford everything. Unfortunately, I could not find a promo code online, so I messaged the Facebook page and explained my situation. The store manager responded to my message super promptly and told me that they did not have any promo codes, but to ask for her by name when I came into the store that following Monday. She ended up giving me a 20% discount which was able to help me save exactly what I needed to put everything together. The staff there truly are amazing souls and I'm fortunate to be a regular...

I first visited the shop just before Christmas for a few gifts for friends. A week ago, my dog died. He was my best friend and I was having a very hard time. I decided to stop by the shop today on my one day off to see if they had the print of the two headed calf - I had seen this when I was in before Christmas, and made a point of loving how sad and beautiful it was, for some reason I thought this would help me with the passing of my pup. Unfortunately, when I went through the prints when I was looking for I wasn’t there. I asked staff about it and maybe if there are plans to bring it back, and one of the staff members (I didn’t catch your name, but I am so thankful to her) helped me. You don’t know huge your small acts of kindness was today - I am so grateful and will make a point of coming in every time I need a gift...
