Rally House West Market Plaza — Attraction in Bath Township

I wish I could give negative Star ratings. I placed an online order, 11/29, that was supposed to be available for same day In-Store pickup. When we arrived at the store the item was not available. Contacted a different location and was able to purchase the item in store. This is where the 'fun' started. While in store, I asked to have the online order canceled and refunded. That was not possible. Could not be done. I needed to contact Customer Service. I went online and was directed to call or text to cancel this order. Went thru the text process, 11/30 at 8:01 AM, and was assured that the order would be canceled, 11/30 at 9:37 AM. As of 12/5 at 10:37 AM, the order had not been refunded. I contacted customer service and was assured the order was going to be canceled. 12/12 still no cancellation or refund. Contacted CS again. The process to get in touch with an actual human is impossible as all members are 'busy'. Someone will call back when its convenient for them. As of 12/21, still no refund and still waiting on call back from Customer Service. Clearly this company has intentionally made the return process for online orders extremely difficult. Its beyond frustrating. I would greatly caution anyone making a purchase thru the Rally House website. Completely unacceptable...

Wow! I was so excited to go into the store after leaving DSW, me, and my husband walked in, looked around, talk to the woman, even asked her about Columbus stuff – because we’re from Columbus – really starting to miss it now! After walking out of rally house, we literally didn’t make it out of the plaza parking lot and got cut off by a Cuyahoga Falls police cruiser!! Those weirdos called the police on us, saying that we stole something! My husband walked in with a Cleveland hat on! We had to sit there with not one, but FOUR police officers while Rally House made sure that they weren’t “missing a hat“. The cops were nice enough & just doing their job but did say this was not the first time something like this is happened, at that particular store, and suggested, after being harassed that we contact corporate. I decided to call the store and speak to a manager, whom I never got her name because she was speechless. Very odd interaction and I will not be returning to...

The Rally House (West Market Plaza) has THE BEST Managers and Associates!

Autumn acted like my “Personal Shopper” and chose a varied selection of Youth-sized Cavs attire for a gift (I loved and bought it all). She was so personable and made the entire experience very easy and fun! They have so much merchandise that it can sometimes feel overwhelming. Autumn simplified it all for me. The service she provided will absolutely incent me to return to this location. .

I also interacted with one of their two managers. D was amazing! She was proud of her store and most especially her team. D set the tone for my visit. I felt welcomed and valued...
