
I will NEVER return to this Starbucks! I would come here every day, sometimes twice a day.. spending a couple hundred dollars every month. Iāve never done a review but I just had to for this one, and after reviewing others comments about this specific Starbucks I see I am not alone. I want to start off by saying I am a former partner and shift manager in a different district. So when I visit I have a lot more empathy and consideration when the lines are taking long or my drink is incorrect. I never complain and just keep on with my day. This specific week though for 3 days in a row my cold brew was incorrect. After recently having a baby I have to watch my sugar intake. The drinks I received werenāt even near correct so I finally decided to call and speak up after 2 days of throwing my coffee away due to being unsure how much sugar is in itā¦mind you $8 just thrown away. Who knew Iād face retaliation for speaking up. The shift manager I spoke to that day was kind and understanding after filling her in on the incorrect orders.. the requests of no ice , but receiving a cup full of ice, requests of sf vanilla but received regular, receiving vanilla sweet cream but never asking for it and so on! The shift manager told me no worries to come the next day and my order will be taken care of. Now returning the next day, nobody knows what Iām talking about or who I spoke to and everyone has an attitude. They still had me pay for my order and the STORE MANAGER.. then comes by and is extremely rude and ignorant, doesnāt seem to believe me. Like I need to lie to get a free drink when I spend well over $20 a day. I continue to explain the shift told me it would be taken care of and this has been an ongoing thing receiving incorrect orders. Sheās still not listening and doesnāt care, hesitant but finally gives me a recovery card. Fast forward to the very next day when I go to use said recovery card.. WHY DID THIS WOMAN PUT $4 ON THE CARD BEING FUNNY. What at Starbucks is $4!?!?! Just ignorant! I really hope whoever the district manager is, takes notice of her childish behaviors and how much revenue sheās costing this store by losing multiple daily paying customers. I politely asked āsorry excuse me, I was wondering where my order would be?ā I placed it on the app and Iām not seeing it?ā She looked at me as if I was stupid and said āif itās ready, it would be right hereā in a rude tone. I replied it and said āit was ready 10 minutes ago, Iāve been waiting and I just wasnāt sureā. she looked at me like I was crazy and I said actually āI think itās right behind you near the windowā. WHICH IT WAS and it had been sitting there and I rushed out because they made me late. Iām sipping on it on the way to work and the order was completely wrong and they espresso tasted burnt. I understand that itās a highly stressful job, i get it but come on. I waited ten minutes to even ask because i know how annoying it is to stop what youāre doing to answer a question. the fact that they didnāt even add the flavor to my shaken espresso and the fact it tasted burnt was just the icing on the cake. almost nine dollars for a drink that wasnāt right, was ordered way ahead of time so they had time to make it and not rush, and tasted like bong water. i legit made a google account just to leave this review because I never feel itās necessary to leave them but it was pretty...

I come here a lot and every time someone is either rude to me or my order is wrong. I always order iced coffee with cream and every time I receive iced coffee with milk. I was also told thereās no need to ask for classic syrup because it already comes in it, so sometimes they give me syrup and sometimes they donāt, but when I ask for it Iām told again thereās no need. The last time I visited I asked for a hot tea, a coffee, and a pumpkin bread. I received two items and she told me to have a nice day but I mentioned I hadnāt received my tea, she rudely corrected me and told me I ordered a latte so she knew I still needed another item, and I just took the latte so they didnāt have to bother correcting it, she already seemed annoyed.
