When walking in it appears like a little hole in the wall joint and that is pretty much what it is. Half of the menu lighting was out and the pictures where very old so it didn't start out too well for me. I placed an order for sesame chicken and sweet and sour dinners. The food came out extremely fast which leads me to believe it is not as fresh as it should be. The sesame chicken was hard with some sauce over it, the rice was room temperature however, the sweet and sour chicken wasn't too bad. The lady that worked the register act as if she did not want to be there nor help me if she didn't have too. I come out this way to shop quite often but I will never stop here again. Dinners average $9.50 to $9.75, which in my opinion is not worth it and the seating area is very dusty. It's like they just need someone to do a good...

I have never in my life been more disgusted with a restaurant. Let’s start with the fact that nobody wears gloves or sanitizes anything, and then the fact that the cashier acts like you’re bothering her and has absolutely no will to serve you or help you. The place is old and it’s dirty and they’ve never made an effort to clean tables after anyone’s been there. The food is terrible, I’ve had it a few times and every time the food was soaked in grease. I’ve never felt more sick from an eating establishment and I’m honestly shocked the FDA hasn’t shut this place down. It’s extremely cheap food and comes out so fast that the freshness of it is extremely questionable. You are much better off going to House of Hunan or PF Chang’s, the prices are higher but the food is much much much better and the quality plus the service is...

I would give this place a higher rating, but EVERY time I go to this place I get treated like scum. The lady at the counter snatches my card sometimes, dismisses me when I walk in, doesn't say anything when I greet her, say "thank you", or "have a nice day." I often ask for my receipt because I want to tip but she doesn't give it back then snaps at me when I ask for it. I've never seen someone behave so unprofessional to a LOYAL customer. And I have decided to never go back. I used to love this place, but I'll never go back. Also, no one wears masks or gloves there, and my dad told me he saw a guy in there dig in his nose. And I STILL gave this establishment my money after that to be treated so rude. And I don't know if it is personal because I have heard her greet other people...
