Fairlawn Ohio location. Service was very poor tonight our way dress forgot about us 4 times while we watch the table next to us be cleaned reset and watched other people be served before us even though we got there before them the waitress seemed very busy but not very apologetic about how many times she had to dismiss us and walk away she finally on the 2nd time coming back took our drink order and then dismissed herself again and after coming back she said I will be with you in just a moment a few minutes when fine she came back again and again dismissed us and said I will be back in a few moments at this point it had been almost 15 minutes before order had been taken by then she came back and I asked her if the bar serve the full menu and she said yes and I told her why we wanted to move to the bar area and it was because she did not see much she had time and her area was too busy to notice that we were waiting to place an order she was not very happy with us and we walked up to the bar in at some point she met us over there and told the bartender that we were ready to order right away not we really eat up their the bartender was really nice but when I was explaining to him why I was annoyed that she was too busy to take our order he also to pretend it to understand and failed to apologize for the situation. The floor used to be clean the bathroom used to be clean the food used to come out quickly they were far from busy and it did not come out quickly. If the part they let y9u see is dirty thrn what is the kitchen kike. I am whit my waitress was black she was outstanding and i never felt like she cared what color i am and i only mention that because now days thats what many hatrful people do is hate the white man even though im acutaully Cherokee indian and some irish i still look pretty much like a white man.
