Read moreThe ride itself is fantastic, you feel like you are really flying. But....you are kinda metaphorically poked and shoved through the lines (before and after) as if you were a heard of cows rather than human beings. We have a disabled 9yr old girl who is wheelchair bound. There were no instructions how to get to the entrance of the ride (down a floor using an escalator) and we had to find the hidden lift ourselves. Apart from the cattle prodding, no further issues until getting off the ride. Before we could even get our daughter out of the ride seat, the next queue of people were barging past us to get onto the ride. Once we got our daughter off the ride, we were left stranded with no staff around at all and no clear exit for us or a wheelchair. It was quite scary because we felt the next ride was about to start and we were standing in the middle of it! We found our own way out and found the hidden lift to exit the area. Such a let down considering the rest of Disney as a whole are strides ahead when it comes to customer service and disabled assistance. Some retraining and clearer instructions needed to catch up with the rest of...
Read moreThis is a must ride for EPCOT. I have ridden this often both before and after COVID. It is located in the Land pavilion at EPCOT. GO early as it is a very popular ride and fills up early. It is one of the best rides in the whole park. There is a long walk down the concourse to get to the ride but it is low stress and very enjoyable. You are seated in three rows of chairs about 10 chairs wide. They have added dividers for covid spacing both in the waiting areas and in between the seats. You sit down, buckle in and then the seat move so that the row 1 is at the top, row 2 is in the middle and row 3 is at the bottom facing a large screen. Your feet are dangling and you are transported to various places across the world that are absolutely beautiful and breathtaking. Once complete, the seat return to the ground and you exit. It is a wonderful must-see ride for anyone wanting a...
