I stopped by the Bay St Louis location on the way into NOLA for the Eras Tour. I was so disappointed. After hearing so many great things about them being sweet to the Swifties and loving so many of their items I was seeing posted, I decided to stop by the Bay St Louis location on our way into town. Not only did the employees not greet us, one stood behind me while I looked at the bags like I was trying to shoplift. When I needed help finding what I came to buy (the rhinestone shoe laces) I actually had to say excuse me while standing at the counter in front of the associate because she was ignoring my existence. I have never felt so unwelcome or uncomfortable in a retail establishment in my life. It was bad enough that my daughter asked why they were so rude to us and why I made us stop there. I don’t know if it was exclusive to this location or what but I will NEVER go back. I had the most amazing experience of my entire NOLA trip at the fluerty girl outlet, gate C9 in the Louis Armstrong International Airport. I had the pleasure of meeting a shop attendant who was so warm welcoming and full of charm. She made me feel special, welcomed and loved through her service and light conversation. I got really awesome gifts and a mood boost from her awesome personality. I didn’t catch her name but she was an older lady (beautifully aged),has modestly rainbow colored hair, slim build, around 5feet 3 inches, radiant aura and she is Caucasian with naturally blonde hair.
