Rally House Beachwood Place — Attraction in Beachwood

Hi ‘all! I am the type of person who likes to do reviews when a place has gone above and beyond. I went to Rally House about a month ago. I am disabled and have troubles walking. The store was clean and well organized. I was greeted happily, and helped promptly. The sales girl was a doll. She was the first person to explain something no one else has in buying sports clothing for men. Since I was asking for a 3x item for a birthday gift, which would be a month later. I told her shirts and jerseys are always to long for the receiver of the birthday gift. She said most places that carry 3x automatically hand you a shirt for big and tall. You have to request 3X regular. Needless to say she was my feet to zip around the store picking out different items with extreme patience for my slow thinking decision making. YAY! First time in 10 yrs he loves the shirts and their length. Unrelated, during my visit, I had heard the young ladies manager came in on her day off. Apparently to drop off some items that will be helpful for all the staff. At that time the Manager, Brittany, was asked a number of questions. She was so kind and compassionate in helping her staff I was very much surprised, and Impressed. How many people use their free time to advance the ease of staff, and not be annoyed by taking even more time to help answer questions, about the job, while they are there. This reflects well on Rally House. Also, not being sure about pant size, I bought a pr that didn’t fit the birthday boy (man). The same manager handled my return, as I asked for just store credit, and she exchanged for items that he liked just as much. So...this is a huge shout out BRITTANY (manager) and IVY (sales), for making shopping pleasant. This above and beyond is Rarely seen any more. Especially in sale. This should be the standard. I will shop from there again, and tell anyone looking for cleveland sports attire - Try Rally House in Beechwood Ohio....

Great well stocked store of really good merchandise but I give it two stars because my lady and I went in there yesterday and the sales man hung on our coat tails the whole time I was there. I had two hundred dollars in my pocket my credit card and my debit card and I was looking to buy an Indians promodel and a browns hat. My lady said the salesman made her fill like we were in there to steal something. He did not give us room to breath the whole 30 mins we were in the store. So i said to myself maybe thats there policy to stay on there customers to get the sale but there were two separate other customers in there and no one was around them at all while they shopped. There were an obvious difference in us compared to the other two customers that were in there at the time.

I don't know the reason he followed us around like that but in today's time his reasoning was uncalled for.

I felt like an out cast So I did not purchase...

So many awesome things to get. The ultimate sports apparel store. Was thrown off a little by the store in Beachwood Mall not having anything on sale for Black Friday????? That mall has other sports apparel stores that all had sales going on but not Rally House, everything still full price, I'm guessing that's one of the reasons there was no line at the checkout. I still bought something cause I was looking for something specific but have no plans on returning...
