Only giving 2 star because the technician was still very polite despite the bs. First of all, I was told my screen was in stock and it is the very reason I came here in the first place. I was quoted 3-5 days, which I called to ask for progress on day 3. I was told it was going to be worked on THAT DAY and will be ready either that day or the next. I hear nothing for the rest of the day. I call again the next day at 6 pm, after my texts were ignored for over an hour, asking if it was ready and they said they JUST tried to put the screen on (it takes 1 and a half days to open an iPad?) and it DIDNT FIT, so they said they need to check if their inventory is defective and try again. Okay, I’m a little upset because I was just told the day prior that they would be working on it then, but it’s still within the time frame they gave, so I let it go. After having waited the full 5 days, I finally got it back. However, the battery would not charge and it was boot looping (turning off and on again). I took it back the moment they opened next morning, told them about the issues and the same tech (Emmanuel or something close) said he can’t guarantee it will be fixed today, but he will figure out what’s going on. Any other place would have pushed priority on the order or service that was done wrong, but here I had to wait 4 hours for the tech to screw my battery down properly because apparently he had 2 orders before me??? I’m sorry, my order was placed 6 DAYS AGO, tf do you mean there are 2 orders ahead of me? Also, my Home Screen button was replaced (which I was warned about, though they said it was rare) but was not actually told it was replaced. Do not ever come to this shop. They claimed the parts for my camera would come in within a week but took more than 3 weeks for me to reach out to customer service and magically the parts were available in two days. They tried to fix my phone camera while breaking it even more, now it doesn't even work. It used to have some issues but worked but after their service the camera stopped working after half a day. When I called them to mend their mistakes, they were super rude about it and said they'll ordered the parts and said wait a week. Its been over two weeks and the parts will probably show up magically within 2-3 days once I call customer service. Do not ever come to this shop please save yourself time and effort and find somewhere else. Gem city is a fantastic alternative to this incompetent repair shop. Went in to get my phone fixed for a camera that had some issues. Waited weeks on end, and ended up destroying my camera and my screen protector, now in the process of waiting more. No accommodations at all. They also broke my brother's tablet and ended up sending him a brand new one. Also, asked them to clean the inside of my camera as they have put so much smudges and dust on the lens as they tried to "fix" my phone. They claimed they did but it was the same, so asked again but did nothing to clean the smudge and dust... just highly incompetent,...

Took my son's 3 month old iPhone 16 pro max to get back glass replaced. Had a small Crack. Paid the 380 for new glass and before leaving parking lot phone started turning on and off by itself. Took it back in and they tore it apart said they fixed it. We left and doing the same thing still. They are now closed. Took the next day off work drove over an hrs back they said it's a mother board issue. We had zero problems previous to them working on it. They bring phone back out with what's left of old back glass put back on it (destroyed from replacing it)gave me a refund. Said they talked to Apple. Told me to go there have them replace glass and would warranty the motherboard. Wrong. Since the glass is only half there now and it looks like we threw it off a roof they won't warranty the motherboard cause it could be damaged from a drop. (Worked fine for 2 months before son saved money to fix it). So now we have a junk phone and worse back glass then we started with. Waiting 3 days for money to get put back in account so we can do anything. Will be adding another line tonight so he can have a phone that's required for work and paying for both phones and lines.
