This place has great potential to outshine all the small Arabic businesses, but it really needs to lower its prices to compete. With major retailers like Walmart now carrying 20% of Arabic products, including halal ground beef, it's essential to be more competitive. If you can keep your prices lower than Aloha Halal Market, Bazaar, and Cidar Halal, Iâm sure youâll attract more customers.
Iâve noticed that some products are overpriced, so please consider adjusting your prices. Additionally, it would be great to see more cleanliness and care in the meat section, as well as a broader selection of groceries. If you could also offer unique vegetables that are hard to find elsewhere, I believe youâd draw in a lot of Arab customers.
Update I recently made a purchase with your store, chestnuts expecting quality products. However, out of the entire order, only a few pieces were in eatable condition, while the rest were of noticeably poor quality, as shown in the attached picture.
As a store representing a Muslim community, it is especially important to uphold standards that align with the values of honesty and quality. Selling substandard items not only disappoints customers but also contradicts these principles. I urge Chestnut Nonome to take steps towards improving product quality and cleanliness.

Read moreBeaverton's Mingala is a no-go store with very cheap mentality. The halal meat is really overpriced if compared with the other two halal meat stores within 0.5 miles radius. Be extremely careful when purchasing any food items as you will find a lot of expired items here and there, even items that had expired 4-5 months ago still in their refrigerator [image attached of an expired garlic paste, many items with no expiration date]!! When asked about the expired items the young salesmen were very rude while they were aware of the expired items. Also said its not their responsibility to check the expiration dates. The salesperson is generally very harsh and misbehaves frequently when asked about competitive pricing and/or product quality. Only good point is they carry good varieties of deshi fish but be extremely careful of their prod quality (similar fish items with better quality available in Bazaar 0.5 mi away or Bhai's Meat Market in Bethany). Failed to talk to the...
Read moreI loved this shop when Ali worked. Others are not friendly or helpful at all. I stoped going here because of argument over a rice bag. I needed rice badly and requested owner to give me different brand and he refused. When my son wrote a review He got defensive over it. They have good products but the service is horrible and people who works there are very disrespectful. My mother in law went there and she experienced the same bad service. I start going to bazar Instead. I never got my rice or my money back. Very disappointed đ, I send my son for different brand of rice he was refused. My husband still goes there because is closer but I donât. I hope owner takes all the comments as a suggestion and not get defensive, instead find out what customers are saying and...
