I’ve been here lots and lots of times and it never disappoints! They have a lot of drinks to choose from! My favorite drink to get is their ube fresh milk with taro balls. I hate how taro balls taste so I always tell them instead of taro balls to get it with puff cream. It tastes extra creamy and super delicious! You can change the sweetness levels and ice amount. I usually get 50% sweetness and 0% ice. Since ice just makes it taste watery so don’t get ice! Just my opinion. Their bubble tea is exceptional and excellent! It’s by far my favorite place to get bubble tea! My second favorite drink is the strawberry trifle, it’s like a dessert! You get a spoon and eat the top layers, yum! But unfortunately they recently stopped making the strawberry trifle drink…. So I was sad about that. My mom’s favorite is that one, strawberry trifle drink. I heard they stopped making it because they had new strawberry drinks coming soon. So they had to cancel out the strawberry trifle one. Anyways the waffles are yummy, each and every flavor of them. My favorite waffle flavor is the original, can’t go wrong with that! The puff cream is yummy and amazing to get with the waffle, to dip it into! Yum~! 5/5...

There is nothing to do with their waffles, but I’m giving 1 star because of their SERVICES. I ordered online through their own app 1 hour ahead of time to be picked up at 8.30 pm. But when I got there, the staff said they did not see my order and there was no notification which I made a pick up order at 7.30!!! They also claimed that they couldn’t make the waffle becuase they already turn off the oven or whatever at 8.30 pm.

I don’t know what to feel only disappointed with their terrible management which wasn’t customer’s fault. They also said I should have come to pick up at 8 pm but how should I know that if your app still open the slot time to pick up until 9!?!

Bad services, bad management. I normally order at least 2-3 timesper week from them, I love their waffles, but now I have to reconsider if I have to risk this...

The service of their store is too terrible, there are often problems in the store network, and you can't get the rewards, It is even more ridiculous to go there today, so I can only use cash instead of credit card. Then I downloaded the app according to their advice, and bought milk tea through the app, and then they told me that they didn't receive the order, what's wrong with them? I insisted that they make me milk tea because I had already paid for it, and at first they were refused to make it and then aggred it, but the waiter looked so unhappy, Do you think that's the end of the story? No, they made my milk tea wrong, and instead of making a new cup they felt my milk tea and poured it into another cup! And they made the wrong bubble waffle, then i waited for 10 minutes to get...
