CONSISTENT WONDERFUL VISITS!! There has yet to be a time that I have stopped by lush and not feel the warm embrace of every staff member that works there. A store will always be a building that provides products, but what makes the time worth being there is how you're treated, an experience that leaves customers inspired like myself to leave a honest review of just how amazing their customer service really is! It's like you walk in and it just feels like home with the way you're greeted, and the abundance of attention they never fail to give to each and every customer, it amazes me how much they pay close attention to your wants and needs. Just around 2 months ago I had came in to buy a facial cream for the breakouts I have every now and then, since i'm just 16 and face them pretty often lol, and this guy who worked with the most kindest heart, offered his help to assist me during the process of finding the best product possible for my skin MAN i wish I remembered his name, but he brought me to the sinks and demonstrated how some of the creams work, and even gave his personal opinion of how he thinks some are suitable in my case, just the absolute sweetest, and then towards the end, I assume he must've thought that the reason behind me taking interest in facial skincare was because I was being bullied at school, or made fun of for not having a complete clear face, so he goes ahead and says "I just want to let you know that I think you are amazingly gorgeous and you don't need to change for anyone keep being you" IT WAS TOO SWEET!! so it just really goes to show that these employees CARE, they don't just do their job but they go above and beyond for what is expected from them, and that is something beautiful I think we all can appreciate, so huge shout out to Lush Cosmetics in...

The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable and strike the right balance of offering help and letting me explore. The atmosphere is inviting, and the products are crafted with care and creativity.
However, there’s always room for improvement, and here are two areas where LUSH could elevate the experience even further.
*Harmonizing the Soundscape: While the in-store music adds a lively energy, it can become overwhelming when combined with external mall sounds, like live piano performances. This sensory overload might cut visits short for some customers. A more balanced sound environment could help create a serene space where shoppers can linger and explore at their leisure.
*Enhancing the Scent Experience: With so many delightful fragrances to choose from, decision-making can be a challenge! Providing small jars of coffee beans (or something similar) as a scent reset tool would be a helpful addition, reducing olfactory fatigue.

Read moreTo start off, I love Lush and the variety of products they offer. I visited this location on a weekend to repurchase a shampoo and look for a hair mask. I was browsing in the same section for 10-15mins until someone finally approached me. The store wasn’t busy, and most customers were watching the bath bomb demonstration up front. Then, I asked about if there were any hair masks that fit the criteria I was searching for. The employee proceeded to look at the back of every hair mask, which made me not the most confident in her advice. I then asked her advice on the conditioners, in which, she brushed off and suggested the hair protein spray instead. She was raving about the product and how it makes such a huge difference on her own hair. Looking at her blonde hair that looked kind of brassy and dried, I gave her the benefit of the doubt and asked for a sample. After trying it, I’m glad I didn’t impulsively purchase as it did not show any of the effects I hoped for.
