They corrected their mistake - I placed an order for the first time for delivery. I ordered what I thought were vegan gummy's based on their website, however, when they arrived, they were not vegan. They had gelatin in them! I called them and they told me if I come in, they'll exchange them for vegan ones. I went there and the receptionist was very nice and remembered me. However, when I went to the back, I was met with a different story and was told that they would not honor when I was told over the phone. They said if you wanna buy something new will give you a discount - that was not what I was told. I left upset. I then wrote to them about the issue via their contact form from their website but did not hear back. I called the next day and explained to the person what happened, she said she would speak to the owner. She called me back quickly and said that they were sorry about the mixup, and if I came back again, this time they would give me vegan gummy's at no charge. I went back and they were very nice and they gave me vegan Gummies to fix the error. I suggested they make sure to include ingredients on their listing because the brand I purchased Wyld, has vegan options, which is part of the problem since they didn't list ingredients on the item. If they list ingredients for their gummy's, that would solved the issue. However, they did take care of it with some stress on my part, but ultimately I would go back. Stopped at Emerald Tea today and wow! They opened yesterday so lots of good deals and the people couldn't be nicer or more helpful! The space is really beautiful, very cozy feeling, and the entrance is adorable - you walk into the lobby for the ID check and they let you into a secret door that looks like a bookshelf. Kind of a speakeasy vibe. Today is the 2nd day they've been open so they had some really good deals and threw in a few (non weed) freebies. I was so happy/distracted to be there I almost walked out without paying, lol. Much more personal than Rise, even though I'm a fan of that spot too, but this is basically around the corner from me, so bonus! I have a new favorite without having to deal with Bloomfield Avenue traffic.

Im not a big reviewer unless it's a dramatically bad or dramatically good experience. This was the latter... First time here. Occasionally will indulge but have no clue about specifics with what's what when it comes to the devil's lettuce. And i generally stay away because i get major anxiety when I do, (like,"Can they hear me breathing?" or "ah man im such a F* up in life! My parents should've given me away!" Etc). I'm so glad that I had this "budtender" to help make sure i picked the right stuff so i DON'T get an anxiety attack when i just want to sleep better at night. Her name was Heather,(guys...you will DEFINITELY remember her if you've met her! 🔥) She was SUPER helpful and totally made me feel comfortable without giving the cooler than thou vibe I've gotten in the past from other places.
