At this store, their products are ok, their pricing is questionable and customer service unfriendly and lacking. I was told by the cashier that the item I was purchasing was $2 more than the shelf price. He told me that when GNC is late updating prices, the cashier will tell the customers the price change verbally. I let him know that I’ve worked in retail and have never heard of such foolishness. While he honored the lower price, he let me know they “wouldn’t do this next time” as if their error was my fault. I let him know it won’t be a next time. He then checked and said the wrong item was stocked and it should have been the smaller bottle for that price. I let him know that either way, that’s GNC’s...

I shop here occasionally and never had an issue with any GNC until today. I was buying 5 items. Four items were on sale and rang up at the wrong price. I didn't see it until after I paid because the monitor faces the cashier not the customer. I also had a 20 percent off coupon. With the coupon deducted I was charged 39 cents above the sale price. The cashier said she couldn't do refunds and instead cancelled the order and rang it up again. Then she said I owe an additional 24 cents because the coupon could not be entered again. I decided not to buy the items and if I shop there again I will ask for the prices...

Only providing 3 stars bc their shakes are tasty. Otherwise, customer service sucks. They are severely understaffed & the lady that works in the daytime is always using excuses of “restocking or maintenance” as to why she hasn’t prepared the order. I have tolerated them for a long time but each experience turns me off more & more.

Placed a DoorDash pick up at 4:10, seen the time said 5:13. I said that must be a mistake, go there & she tells me it’ll be finished at 5pm. An hour later? That’s ridiculous. Can’t say I will further support...
