Sub City — Restaurant in Bloomfield

I’m writing this review in my car sitting here in disbelief because the owner kicked me out for asking him to change his gloves.

When I first walked in, I realized that the owner did not have on a mask but didn’t think too much of it because he was there by himself. While I was waiting he was finishing up two orders and I noticed that he touched his cell phone, register, a stapler, and other things with the same gloves that he planned on wearing to make my sandwich. I politely asked him if he could change his gloves because they were unsanitary.

At that time he said, “you know what, I don’t feel like dealing with this, I’m tired and I’m closed!” It was only 7:08 pm and he closes at 8pm. I will never visit this shop again and encourage my friends, coworkers and family to find a friendlier, more sanitary...

Very clean restaurant. I've been coming here sporadically for years and never had an issue. Tastes quite similar to Blimpies, but a lot better. Owner is nice also. Edit:My opinion above still stands but one small thing I must say is that store hours are a bit unpredictable on weekends. I suggest calling prior to coming out just to make sure they are open. These people are ridiculous. They messed up my order after going over it repeatedly. Delivered got a nice tip. Refused to fix it and Kevin even got nasty about fixing the mistake that Zoe made. My Brother had to go pick up the items that they didn't add to my sandwich instead of just making me the right sandwich. This is my PC version. I'll make sure that people know how they treat...
