I wish I could give this place zero stars. I have been to this branch several times and almost always have an issue!! The first time AJ incorrectly deposited a check and I had to come back the next day when I realized I was missing money in my account. Then they told me I had to wait 2 days to get my money back into my account even though it wasn’t my mistake! I asked to be contacted back by the manager and never was. I have two business accounts with Huntington and yesterday was the third time that AJ deposited checks into the wrong bank account. After the first incident, they ordered me stamps so that the back of the checks would say the account number to avoid confusion. The second time I just transferred the money over myself because I hate dealing with this branch. The third time, he told me I need to separate them and tell him there are multiple checks going into two accounts. As a customer, I shouldn’t have to do your job for you!! I am still appalled at how he is working there because surely I can't be the only customer whose transaction he has messed up.
