Blue Ridge Distillery — Attraction in Blue Ridge

This place is an absolute gem in downtown Blue Ridge. We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon for some refreshing alcoholic drinks and were not disappointed! Emily greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and made us feel so welcomed! We were able to sample any of the vodkas, brandies, and moonshines made by the distillery before making our final selection. They also allow you to purchase a sample of all the alcohol selections if you want to try them all. They offer frozen daiquiri style mixed drinks, boozy floats and traditional soda & liquor. All of the drinks are mixed by the bar-tenders and are made to order. They change out their frozen drinks regularly so you can always expect something new as far as mixed drink selection. They also have some bar snacks like fresh made popcorn and pretzels to snack on while you drink. I also want to mention the cleanliness of the restrooms is always a priority and that makes for a better experience.

This place is kid friendly as well because all of the frozen drinks are virgin so the kids can also enjoy a little treat while the adults sip on their alcoholic beverages. They will make root beer floats too.

We haven't brought our dogs into this location yet but Emily assured us that they are also dog friendly!

We have been back twice since our first visit and are happy every time. The drinks are reasonably priced and if you purchase the souvenir cup you can bring it back on a future visit for a discount.

My bf and I found this place today while browsing in downtown blue ridge! It was actually very nice being there on a Sunday because they weren’t super busy, the atmosphere was very relaxing with music channel on the tv instead of sports, which we very much appreciated! Blue Ridge Distillery had a lot of flavors and choices with good flavors of a variety of liquors. Unfortunately, there is no menu present prior to ordering and we did not know the price of any of the drinks. We could’ve asked but didn’t really think it would be that expensive. My friend and I ordered two basic slushy‘s with a shot of moonshine. The slushy‘s were fine, but could not taste any alcohol (which some may like!).
