Amy's Hallmark Shop — Attraction in Blue Springs

The cashier was condescending and after waiting in line 5 minutes for her to finish up with a customer I ended up losing an online coupon and I cancelled my order the cashier took forever with the customer in front of me collecting personal information that wasn't even necessary for the transaction however her records were updating and I'm standing there with my phone out with this $5 coupon and somehow it disappears while standing in line and I explained to the cashier that I had a coupon for buying 10 Hallmark cards and it is at this point where she reminds me that I've only purchased one today and I felt her behavior was a bit snobbish she knew I was waiting longer than necessary and apologize for that in a rude tone which was not sincere at all and then she sees me standing there with my phone but can't honor my coupon I just felt my experience was less than Pleasant and I won't come back...

I had searched all day long for the mystery puppy surprise ornament. I reached putt to about 10 hallmark stores including three crown center one. They were all out. I called this store and to my surprise they had it. The lady was so nice to hold on to it for me as it is a drive from Kearney. I got there and I told her how important it was that I got it and hoped for it to be the black lab. I asked for some scissors to cut the tape and see so if it was not the right or I could buy another. We hesitated and I torn open the black package and there it was the black lab. Customer service is the way it is meant to be at this store! The salespeople here are down to earth, friendly, and efficient. Feels like they are old friends when talking with you. I witnessed an extremely difficult customer today pushing their customer service skills to the max I'd say. These two ladies handled the situation with great professionalism, much patience, and with the ability to satisfy the demanding customer. Super impressed!!!
