Kitchen Renovations Perfected — Attraction in Boca Raton

We recently concluded a huge total home remodel with KRP, and we are beyond thrilled with the result. We also had an overall great experience working with them for several key reasons:

First, integrity: KRP showed throughout the project that their number one aim was to deliver the job with a high standard, and they never compromised that. If they communicated something to us, they stood by it. If we had a problem with something, they listened and understood and acted on it. This is the rarest quality in contractors and to me the most important factor of a good working relationship, as it’s directly attributable to trust.

Second, communication and collaboration: Bryan, Elliott and the entire team at KRP are good communicators and they have a spirit of collaboration in everything. That doesn’t mean they are available 24-7 at the drop of the hat - it means they’ll tell you when they can talk and they’ll call you back. It means when the inevitable challenges come up as they do in any job they will come back to you with several solutions and talk through the path forward. It means they hear and listen and they don’t make decisions without you.

Lastly, quality: The result of the job is a beautiful, functional renovation that completely transformed our home. If work wasn’t performed to KRPs expectation, they had it redone. If work wasn’t performed to OUR expectation (key: we were responsible and reasonable customers), they had it redone. If they saw something that would be a problem for us functionally that maybe we didn’t, they would give a reco and explain why they they strongly encouraged us to make a choice, and then they’d do what we decided. If there were answers they didn’t have to questions, they would literally get other professional options, talk to vendors, do research, and reco the right fix. The result is a home we are in love with and enjoying more and more every day.

Instead, these are attributes I’d look for in the best professional working relationships, and that’s what makes KRP excel.
