I called ahead looking for a shaper when Miss Karen answered the phone. She told me what I needed was there. When my sister & I arrived, she knew who I was & was ready to assist me. She asked if there was a specific type of compression I needed, & after explaining, she gave me a couple of options. She also gave me insight on how to actually shop for shape wear, as they may not run in the sizes that one may be expecting. She was right, & I got the one that she recommended. It was very comfortable.
The store is very spacious with a large variety of what almost anything you're looking for. If not on-site, they can order for you or direct you to another one of their locations that did. We've been here a couple of times but I never wrote a review. Every visit has been great. Every single one!

When i walked into the store, it was very neat, perfect lighting, and a huge bra selection. Much greater than AS. I was greeted by a young lady who was very pleasant and helpful. She suggested doing measurements before we began looking at bras. Of course, my size had changed. She made a suggestion as to the kind i should try and let me tell you. IT WAS PERFECT. My size was not available in the store, so she ordered the bra online for me. With the option to pick up at the store or have it delivered to my address. We did run into a small problem with making the payment, but the manager on shift that day was very creative...

I found the employees to be unhappy and bothered by customers. Employee huffed when asking a question of her and her body language was off putting. The interaction I had with her changed my own mood and I couldnāt wait to get out of there. Employees need to understand how to make people feel welcome and appreciated.
