Extra Space Storage — Attraction in Bonney Lake

This review is with regards to the extra storage in Bonney Lake, managed by Jason. I wanted to take a moment and thank you guys for such outstanding service! Although because some of the logistics with my moving truck made it impossible to utilize your services, the way you guys handled every aspect of the transaction was simply amazing. And for anyone else looking, if you haven't seen the new Extra Storage facilities that they're building, their Engineers spent a very significant amount of time trying to fine tune the whole storage process in such a way that the buildings are designed to make pulling your truck in and loading your things into your storage facility about a simple as it can get! You guys have done a phenomenal job, I really appreciate it, especially Jason and his team there in Bonney Lake. Thank you you guys, I will be back, God bless you and we will talk...

We needed a storage unit closer to our house. We were previously at Daffodil Storage in Graham. They're great but they were just too far away. Between the location, the price, and the excellent service from Christian, Extra Space Storage in Bonney Lake has been a dream. Very nice facility. Very clean. It IS brand new so we'll see if they can maintain but I don't see it being a problem. Access is super easy to figure out, they provide a lock, they offer insurance coverage, and like I said, you can't beat the service. Christian in the office is wonderful. I had an excellent experience at Extra Storage Space today. Christian was incredibly patient, professional, and thorough—he walked me through all of the policies, addressed my concerns, and was very transparent throughout the process. The facility itself is brand new, spotless, and comfortable inside. One thing that stood out to me is that the cell service works perfectly throughout the property, which makes a big difference when you’re managing things on the go.
