Belk Outlet — Attraction in Bossier City

Full disclosure, I work here. I shop here as often as I do because of my employee discount and Belk Card rewards. Even without those things, I do recommend it for some things. We have great sales and AWESOME clearance. I definitely recommend our clearance racks, we have some beautiful clothes for cheap, especially if you're shopping out of season (tank tops in winter, sweaters in summer, etc.). Our home department is probably my favourite, the clearance sections are a little more hidden, and the stuff isn't always as great, but is always worth checking out. Our pillows very often go on sale for 50% or 65% off, I would never buy pillows there for any other discount. Tuesdays are the only days that senior and military discounts are offered, so definitely keep that in mind. We do offer holds for 24 hrs, just ask at any register. We also offer in store ordering if we're out of stock of something you want- we'll send it right to your house without charging you shipping. We also recently started "Buy Online Pick Up In Store" (BOPIS). Most of our associates are really helpful, but if you're ever dissatisfied, definitely fill out the survey on your receipt, you might not think it does anything, but those comments are read to us at every...

Easy online order pickup experience. Very roomy aisles and easy shopping and movement. SO MANY GREAT CLEARANCE DEALS! I was pretty ticked off that they stuffed a 20% off coupon in the bag with my pickup order, because I saw the 'USE ME TODAY FOR 20% OFF' after I returned home and unpacked my online order AND all the items I bought between 9-11, as I shopped following my order pickup. I would have saved $29 dollars if they had just HANDED me the coupon, OR TOLD ME THERE WAS A BIG COUPON OFFER for TODAY ONLY inside my online order BAG. I was sorely, sorely, sorely tempted to NOT wrap and give all those impulse Christmas gift, but to return the whole kit and caboodle of them the next morning. Wish I had actually, but I had so much to do on Christmas Eve, that I couldn't see making time to do those returns. The store looked great and they had the softest, nicest ladies socks!...

The outlet is nice as far as everything being sized and also matching color. The clothes are labeled as far as bottoms tops dresses ect. There is a lot of selection also. But the down side is there was absolutely no air on in there, its 104 outside and hot as can be in the store. If you buy clothes from there they aren't returnable, but who wants to try other on when its a sweat box...? Some of the prices are still crazy, but I did find a few things for about 80% off. Turn the air on and I'd spend more time there looking, but it was miserable I couldn't wait to get out.

Also the ladies bathroom was disgusting, I won't even say why, but you know people don't do things of sorts in...
