One of the worst service I have ever experienced in any hotel at Boston. Employee had crazy attitude here. It seems they only serve few selected people. They have the worst Bartender ever. I ordered a drink at the bar and they did not have that drink and I was fine with that but then I ordered a different drink it was taking them sometime to bring out the bottles from the back. I kept waiting and got my seat reserved and kept checking the drink was not ready yet and he was serving drinks to other people who came right after me. I have left my tab open with my card and the bartender told me he did not get the drinks ready since he thought I left the hotel leaving my credit in his possession which is really dumb of him to say that. He was a bald guy on the second floor who was pathetic and rude and disrespectfully shoved me the card back without making my drink and not apologizing. I was pretty much paying him to get drinks for pathetic service. Employees are very arrogant and treats you differently compared to others. The dance club was over crowded and music was awful. This was my first and last time going there. I would rather get drinks from someplace else with better customer service...
Read moreI love the liberty and I am a fun. I admire the atmosphere and the service that the hotel offers but yesterday was different and I have to talk about it: my friend got me a drink with cranberry which I don’t drink, so I came back to the bar to change it and the bartender TOM was super rude, he made a long statement with an angry face, the people standing next to me were very surprised! I couldn’t catch what he said because of the loud music, but I knew this is not the service not the treatment that I get at liberty! I just felt bad and left after that ! at that time the bar wasn’t busy neither had a line! Rafael Gutierrez ( Alibi)!is very professional, sweet, helpful, him and all his staff, he’s always great, happy, welcoming and that’s why I kept...
Read moreFive stars on Yelp indicates a rating of "great" and I give that to the Liberty Bar because of the people who work there. I often stop at the bar to wait for medical appointments next door or for a snack after my appointments.
The bartenders are always extremely hospitable. Nick, Colin and Justin and the rest of the crew always go out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcome even though I am not running up a huge bill. Both E.J. and Dave were also outstanding and although I met Chelsea only once, she did an excellent job.
The hotel is lucky to have these people on their payroll representing it to the public in a city with so many nice places to go.
It is a it pricey and I think there should be more variety...
