The staff there were extremely helpful and pleasant, even though I was not an easy customer to help.
I had a giftcard to Patagonia and wanted to use it to buy a backpack, but the store did not have the two backpacks I liked the best from the online store. My top pick was not in stock when they went to order it to ship it to the store, so I ended up ordering my second choice to have it shipped to the store. A couple of days later, I was looking online and saw that the backpack I liked the best was available online, so I called the store and asked them about it. They were able to order that one for me and have it shipped to the store in a couple of days. I compared both backpacks at the store and wanted to keep my first choice, but to do so and apply the gift card to that one, I had to return both backpacks and then pay again for the one I wanted. It was a lot of work for the employees but they were always cheerful and pleasant.
Ultimately, they did a great job making sure I got exactly what I wanted, even if it was a difficult process for them. I really appreciated that service and would recommend this store for anyone who is interested in purchasing a Patagonia product.

I came in on a busy Friday afternoon needing very specific item types, sizes, colors, etc. for a work task. Quinne, Sam, and James were BEYOND helpful, flexible, and kind, all while going above and beyond to ensure my specific (and complicated) needs were met. These individuals far exceed the bar when it comes to customer service! Also, the store had an incredible range of products to choose from in all sizes I needed. However, this weekend, when I was in the store, my request for help was constantly walked over by the stroe associate as they continued to help others who had asked for help after me! I had been asking for a particular size for the mens galcier jacket. As they made me wait and stand there as they literally handed the last piece in the store to a couple who asked AFTER I had requested this. This made me feel like I was an afterthought, watching them give the last item that I had patiently waited for to someone else.
