This place has it's days, however, today I had an interesting experience with an older associate that was quite annoying. I returned a few items and a pair of unworn panties that I hadn't tried on with the tags still attached. The woman proceeded to tell me that they weren't returnable and that accepting them back is against the healthcode.

I advised that wasn't written anywhere on their return policy. She then began to tell me that no place would accept them back and I advised that every establishment that I've ever patronized takes unworn panties back. She began to state how nasty that was due to people's possible secretions and etc. and tried to invite some random customer that was her "friend" into the conversation. If I could give 100 stars, I promise I would. I did an online order for the first time and desired to pick up in store. I went to the store after work, thinking I could just pick up. There was a younger lady, an older lady and an older gentleman. They were so kind and explained how the process works. I was going to cancel my order since I was there, but the younger lady said I didn’t have to cancel and she went and pulled my dresses. I felt so bad and they were so nice. Good had items Bad: online sale 40% off no signs or mention in store clerk made me literally go outside to pull up the link only to say oh same price in system.
