Spice Kitchen West African Grill — Restaurant in Bowie

Made a spontaneous stop in Bowie and inadvertently came across the food truck. Decided to give it a go because the rule is you always trust a food truck. Ordered the steak suya, jollof rice, and fried plantains. Everything came out immensely flavorful, the steak and rice both heartily savory and spicy, and the steak was perfectly tender. Portion size beyond matched the price: Pretty sure that tray is going to go for three meals for me. I was in the taste for my native West African jollof and meat and decided against waiting for nearby Aroma restaurant to open and decided to take out here. It ended up being the worse decision as their food gave an upset stomach to me and my family causing vomiting and diarrhea.
