Costing roughly $15 per person, this... I suppose 'attraction' is the most accurate (though generous) way to describe it is WAY too expensive for the roughly 7 minutes that it lasts.
It basically just involves seats on a spinning platform and light guns shooting at things on 3D screens (you're given- and must return- 3D glasses). There's no apparent indication given when you've actually HIT anything with the light guns. The '5D' effects- things under the seat move, there's mist/water, bursts of air, and a REALLY, truly foul scented air blast (it's supposed to be 'deadly' in the story, and they definitely did a good job of making it really smell bad...)- aren't necessarily bad, but over all the high cost of it for such a small amount of time was just a horrid deal, even when paired with the mirror maze to make it a bit less expensive (the mirror maze was a bit better and more interesting- and lasted longer than the Castle of Chaos 'ride').
I'd much rather have had my money to use on going to see a real movie or have bought a...
Read moreI honestly had a lot of fun at this location. I felt like a kid again. The mirror maze was the best I’ve ever been in. Was really well done and just plain fun. The 3D interactive experience was odd and different than anything I’d ever done and a bit uncomfortable but it was still quite entertaining.
I love the outside of the building. The caste is so cool to look at and the inside doesn’t disappoint either.
We got a pass that included these two and the wax museum as well.
I saw someone on here say the house of mirrors was for “kids 10 and under, that no one older or adult would find it interesting” and I find that to be utter lies. As a 23 and 30 year old couple, WE LOVED IT!
❌ My only complaint would be that the maze was too short. ☹️ I really loved it and I honestly wanted to go again.
❌ There was a bit of a wait and line for the 3D experience as well which was a bit tiring. Would be nice to have something else there to do...
Read moreWent here today 06/21/21 The game/ride itself was neat. Probably would of given it 4 stars. But SAFETY is more important. We spoke to the gate attendant to confirm it was ok for pregnant women to ride. She said yes they would turn the motion off on her seat tell the theater ride attendant. So we get to the rise attendant. We ask him to turn the motion off for my pregnant wife and my daughter because she was scared. They did NOT turn off the motion! My daughter was in tears and my wife was so worried about the baby! Once the game starts there is no safety measures to stop!! They need to figure out a better way for effectively turning off the motion. They also need some sort of safety measures to be able to stop the individual chair manually in case...
