This is long winded, sorry but want everyone to know the details. Bad stay from the time we checked in. First off we checked in the gentleman who checked us in gave us room 243, he even drew a map on where to go in at what building and directions on the map to the room. We drove around to the building and got to the room. The key worked to get us in the building but not the room. So my wife walked back up to the lobby and told them what was going on another guy and girl were also there. The guy who checked us in asked her if she knew her numbers and insinuated that she was stupid, then he made a quip about perhaps he had dyslexia. So the room key worked only to find that when we were walking into the room it was already taken with people's luggage, clothes laying out and unmade beds, so we backed out of the room. We could have been shot or something if the people were in there. Or perhaps we could have been not so honest people and stole their stuff. So, my wife walked back up there and told them what we had found. The same guy then joked again that his dyslexia was acting up and the girl then asked my name and info she said we were in room 234, they said the next building over. So, we took our luggage to the next building over and there was no room 234. This time we wised up and called the office ( we are no spring chickens to be lugging luggage everywhere!) So, the other gentleman asked where we were and we told him, he came and got us and said no the room is 2 more buildings over. Now mind you counting the lobby they have 6 buildings. We have already been to 3 buildings lugging luggage. So, the gentleman said he would take our luggage over to the room for us. We said ok. While walking to the 2 buildings over we had to go up and down stairs, my wife fell up the stairs (we both have bad knees). The gentleman was looking for us. He said the room is up these stairs and my wife said she is not doing anymore stairs. So, he said he would see if he could get us a room on the ground level. Which he did. We had no idea where our luggage was for about 45 mins, cause he said he would go back and get it. Then he finally got to our room with the luggage, he listened to us blow off our steam and we showed him the map the first guy had drawn with the room number 243 circled and how to get to it, just to show he was wrong. They said they were sorry,he came back about 20 minutes later with a certificate for a free night( usable on any next stay) and $20.00 off our stay. We were still angry and upset. Then we were gone the next day shopping and when we came back we couldn't get our room door open, my wife finally gave it a good shove and it opened and a card fell out the door, thanking us for our stay, Why are you thanking us? You should be apologizing. I told the one gentleman that we were going to call BW corporate and complain tell them about our horrible experience. Corporate called the owner and told them they need to respond to us. The owner emailed me and said he thought the problem was settled. NO it was not so he them agreed to refund the full amount of the stay and that the gentleman who accused us of being stupid and not knowing our numbers was fired. I hate seeing anyone lose their job but this i felt was called for. I am sure that the people in room 243 would be just as livid if they knew 2 strangers were let into their room while they were out enjoying themselves, anyone would be!! Also outside of my complaint every time we came back to the room their was someone outside complaining that their room keys quit working and it is a huge hill you have to climb to get to the lobby. We never even ate the free breakfast because of the huge hill you had to go up, if we had to get in the car and drive up the hill we would go somewhere decent to eat, not a hotel breakfast! Hopefully the owner gets...

If I could put a 0 star I would, BED BUG riddled hotel. Me and my wife booked the Directors suit for our 4 night vacation, after the first night of staying there my wife was waking up with bites all over her arm, I didn’t think too much of it because the hotel had very bad ants as well. The following day we both woke up with bites all on our arms and other areas. We went straight to the front desk and demanded something be done, they said they would “treat our room” while we were out for the day, after they went up there and found 2 bed bugs. The manager called and stated they had found atleast 2 bedbugs but were going to treat our room and clothes if needed, we gladly accepted the treating of our clothes and demanded a refund of atleast 2 nights which she complied. We demanded another suit and had to unfortunately stay another night with all other hotels being booked for luxury suits. We bought bed bug spray and doused the entire bed and around the bed with bed bug spray, the following morning my wife woke up and found a bed bug crawling on her pillow which we sprayed and took a picture of which is below. We couldn’t stay another night in that suit with how disgusted we felt knowing the place had bed bugs and that they had touched our bodies, and potentially take them home, We swapped rooms to the governors suit and had the staff wash our clothes while we were gone and move all of our items, we had a blanket stolen as well that we brought personally for my wife because she gets very cold easily. We went to the front desk enraged and requested the blanket be found because it was a very important item for my wife, which they said they could not find and had no record of us having it. “What do they have record of us having?” We talked to the general manager about the situation we were having and he said a 2 night refund was all he could do, “which is a lie” do not trust this hotel, looks can be deceiving and we found that out the hard way. It really ruined a great vacation with that being the only downfall out of the whole time in Branson. Do not make the mistake we did by trusting this hotel. They are nasty and the staff are thieves. This hotel and the General Manager and the Manager will do whatever they can to hide the situation, my wife told the General Manager that they need to burn the bed in the room the General Manager stated “it’s being hot treated the temperature is at 120 degrees which will work” which is a lie because the temperature thermostat can’t go over 90 degrees. Trying to save people from a bad vacation and a bad hotel itself. We have spent more of our money out of pocket to get treatment for our bites which we are still dealing with...

-LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION PERFECT! We were right in the middle of some of the things we wanted to do. Also things were walking distance. -Hero’s is a restaurant right in front of the hotel to the side and they have great food! I recommend the roasted chicken and the fried chicken plates. Get Basted is another restaurant and they have amazing bbq! It’s beside wonder-works building -Overall the hotel room pretty good. When we arrived I checked sheets and I saw 2 big stains on our mattress protectors on both bed and had the house keeper change them immediately. They were nice about it also. I also had them change a sheet on my in laws bed in the next room. I did bring my own cleaner and I’m glad I did because there was blood on the conjoined room door and the tub and toilet seat needed to be cleaned. Yuck! They gave us extra towels as needed. Make sure your refrigerator is on cause ours wasn’t and we had to turn a knob in the back of fridge. BRING YOUR OWN COMFORTER CAUSE YOU DONT GET ONE THERE. we had a a top sheets, a thin lounge blanket, and another sheet under that blanket. The indoor pool was heavy on the chlorine and was cloudy. It was very warm in the area as well probably due to hot tub. The water was salty gross lol (wasn’t trying to taste the water but with kids splashing and playing it’s bound to happen lol) -To me the game room was not worth it at all. We had a 4&7 Yt old with us and they weren’t to excited once we got down there. They have a pool table, Pac-Man, a claw machine, shooting game and that was about it. There was 2 other machines but they didn’t work. You do have to pay your own quarters only. The Pac-Man machine took our money so we didn’t get to play at all. Oh well. -I loved that you could do your own laundry there. We brought our own laundry packs and stuff so we didn’t have to purchase any at front desk. -The receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable about what we asked. -The breakfast was nice. They make your plates for you and they have waffles, eggs, oatmeal, cereal, ect. I’d recommend this location to anyone because of the location and and...

Spent 4 days, 3 nights at this location. Pros: There are 3 BW in Branson, and this one is walking distance to everything on the strip! We could've walked to Wonderworks from there, but it was cold and rainy so we didn't. The rooms are warm and quiet*, and furnished nicely. The maid service did a great job of making sure the rooms were free of musty smells (if there had been any, I wouldn't know - not sure which places were open over the last two years). The staff were all warm and friendly and very helpful whenever we had questions. The breakfast ladies were especially great conversationalists (take $1 so you can tip them in the morning, they work hard). The food was good, but the gravy wasn't to my liking (must be a southern thing). My kids loved the waffles and "mini waffle pancakes" as they call them. They also loved the pool and hot tub, and would have been perfectly happy staying on the property the whole time. We didn't end up using the game room because we got busy but it looked like a nice (little) place. Also, I'm pretty sure there was no sauna at this location but one would've been nice. We didn't use the microwave but it did work, and the fridge was good sized and worked well. Cons: I ended up with an upstairs room that was disconnected from the main building and only had stairs. We had to walk in the cold (sometimes rain) to reach the breakfast and pool rooms. *There was a small gap where my door wasn't flush so a draft came in and kicked the heater on every now and again, and that thing wasn't the quietest, but the room was warm despite that. One morning someone had a shower and I could hear the pipes, otherwise I didn't even know there were other people in the building. And the curtains in my room didn't close flush and I was directly across from Heroes, so the light from the parking lot shone directly through my window. I was able to adjust the curtains to stay closed in an overlapping position but it took effort.
