Chopper Charter Branson Helicopter Tours — Local services in Branson

This was a first time experience for my son and I. My mom and dad had previously used this charter company and insisted that I use them as well. Upon arrival I walked into the office and was greeted with a warm welcome. I was asked to step out since the office space is fairly small. When I stepped out another crew member was happy to assist me with my questions and concerns. She stated it would be better to secure our time slot online which is what I did. We came back within the time frame of our time slot and was weighed, signed waivers and got our instructions. We were then asked if we wanted to purchase a flight video of our trip since they were running a special. So I purchased the video package as well. The trip around Branson and the Pilot was amazing. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. Him and my mom talked about a lot of things in that short trip. I would definitely do this again when we come back for a family vacation. Just wish we received our video that was paid for. Unfortunately we did not get our video. The pilot Dakota reached out to me and rectified the issue. The young ladies helped my wife and I all the way from the paperwork to being seated inside of the helicopter and being safely secured with headphone equipment. The pilot was very knowledgeable, safe, and welcoming. I couldn't imagine having to do a "skipping record" job and enjoying it like everyone does. It was a first time ride on a helicopter, and was very impressed. We opted for the longer flight knowing we may never get to do this again, was worth every penny. Everyone has to realize that aviation fuel, licensing, and everything faa wise is not cheap... For the opportunity and experience we couldn't ask for better. My wife and I celebrated our 10th anniversary by splurging in Branson May of 2024. This was definitely one of the best experiences we had. I really want anyone that looks at the price to Google first the price of the fuel and licensing required for this. It really does require a want, and understanding to do this. As far as flying with fear, I personally do not have this, but I did have a great feeling of trust and comfort. Definitely a redo on the bucket list. .. best wishes...

We had a very disappointing experience with this charter chopper. After signing up, we were told to wait 45 minutes and were assured that we had a spot booked. We returned after 30 minutes, only to be told that we now had to wait an additional 1 hour and 10 minutes because more people had shown up. When we tried to explain that we had already been waiting and were told we were booked, we were met with complete disregard.

Edit: I asked about paying so as to make sure my spot was confirmed, but i was told to make payment once I’m back, so I believe there was no fault of me you pushing me back in the waiting queue. Moreover, the only attempt made to handle the situation from your end was to have me wait for 30 more minutes which was unfair as I have already waited for around 45 minutes as I was told to wait. Anyways, I don’t believe the situation was handled professionally as I was handed a feedback card to go ahead submit a review and that’s why you see it, it shows how arrogantly and unprofessionally the situation was handled.
