I will NEVER come into this store again! Micheal helped me out yesterday, my husband and I wanted to upgrade our phones. Something happened and I was told to come back at 4:30. I come back at 4:30 and was told I had to wait 24 hours. Ok cool, I go back the next day, the African American lady was rude upon me entering the building! Long story short they said I had to wait 2 months to upgrade my iPhone 12, to get the whole amount for the trade in. So the lady calls Michael and he said that he had told us that yesterday! He’s a bold face liar, because that was NEVER said! So I call my husband to make sure maybe I wasn’t paying attention, he also said no that was not said to us we were told to come back in 24 hours. Trust me I would not have gone back if he didn’t tell me that. Anyways so I was on the phone with my husband and I said ok so I’m not crazy he didn’t say that? The rude AA woman looked and me and laughed basically saying “you are crazy”. The run around, the lying, and the attitude from the employees is absolutely disgusting! I give people the benefit of the doubt maybe she was having a bad day but she definitely did not act like a professional and I am appalled at the way I was treated for zero reason! Read moreI usually go to the Orland location but they were closed so I went to this location and I wish I wouldn’t have. I came in to do an early upgrade on my phone and told the gentleman when I came in what phone I wanted but I was not told that the phone I was getting was not in stock until I already made the payment to pay off the phone I originally had. He ordered the new phone and said it was 2 day shipping, this was on a Saturday. He said I could come pick up the phone at this store on Tuesday. It wasn’t until the phone shipped that I found out it was being delivered to my house and not the store but I could not be home to sign because I was at work. It wasn’t until a week and a half later I was able to pick it up at a FedEx hold location. Im not sure what his name was because he didn’t introduce himself and the people the other gentleman was helping were also not thrilled with the lack of communication about the added costs to the devices they were buying. Read moreI have been communicating with Xfinity for the last 5 months via telephone and with no luck! Three appointments scheduled for a tech to come out and all three did not show up, even spoke to a supervisor two separate times. Decided to go into the Tinley Park store and see if they could help me out. A young, courteous, professional gentleman named Travel greeted me as I walked in, and, I must say this was by far the best customer service interaction I have ever received, hands down! He took time out of his day to personally call the 800 number, speak to other agents, escalate my issue and ultimately resolved everything for me. And, all accomplished within 30 minutes. What I’ve been trying to accomplish for 5 months this young man accomplished in 30 minutes, to a “T”! Travel, thank you once again for all of your help today.
