Bridgewater Sports Arena — Attraction in Bridgewater Township

It used to be a good place for families. I sent my daughter to learn how to skate there. They had a decent facility and friendly staff, despite a very mediocre (not very smart and user friendly) website. Public skating was reasonably priced at $10, but the kids currently taking the Learn to Skate lessons got to skate for free, as they reasonably should, as that is a time for them to improve. Then this place suddenly became a money grabber. Without much of an announcement on the website or anywhere else, they increased public skating by 20%, plus the kids no longer can skate for free. Their practice time has been reduced to a yet undetermined 30 minutes before or after the actual class time. This is very budget unfriendly as well as time unfriendly. I get it that these are in their economic interests, but they can do better to maximize the revenue without alienating the parents. They should restore the free skating for students perk, or at a minimum offer various discount plans to keep existing students and parents, while also a volume discount for the one timers (don't you want to see their return?)

Then hire a better web designer to better handle communication and enrollment. This will save them money in...

Drove almost an hour to try this place out. ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH IT RIGHT NOW. I brought a group of friends for laser tag and was told the wait was about 90 minutes due to a private party. No big deal, Groupon came with $15 in tokens so I'm sure we could just kill some time with the games. I was wrong. Almost all the games are broken, defective, or you couldn't see properly since the bulbs in the screens are dead. Even the motion sim game that is 12 tokens had a "disk boot failure, insert system disk and press enter" message. We've been here about 45 minutes and I already know I'll never come back here ever. We could've had more fun at chuck e cheese. Way way more fun. SMH, even if it is a Groupon or 50%off. Just not worth it.

Still waiting for laser tag and will update once we do that, but don't expect...

I really want to give 0 stars. This place was fricken awful. I remember it being tons better as a kid....and I wanted to take my kid there to relive those memories....when I called not long ago the arcade was "under construction for remodeling".... this time it wasnt....in all honesty , you guys should just close this pathetic excuse for an "arcade" why have something open in which you aren't going to take care of? There were more machines broken or "out of order" than working...and the ones that worked were just as bad that they might as well just be broken anyway. We spent 10 bucks here...never again. The employees in the back were rude...bored looking and chatty with one another yet rude to customers. All over just an awful experience...we ended up taking the kiddo to Chuck e cheese and...
