I have been to this location many times, since they opened, to dine in, pick up food for special occasions and for drinks. Today will mark my last day stepping foot into this establishment.

I had placed an order this morning for a Cappuccino Cake for my best friend’s special coffee themed birthday party. The party was to start at 4:00 and I ordered the cake, on the app, at 11 am to be picked up at 3:30. I paid ahead of time. Around noon the app said the order was complete and ready for pickup. When I arrived at the store at 3:30 the cake display case was very empty with only about 4 cakes. This seemed unusual especially considering they are open until 8pm. I went to the desk, it took a while for someone to come to the counter. When they did, I told the young man that I had ordered ahead and gave him my name. He was very confused and went to the back. This was the first sign that there would be a problem. When he returned he had no cake in hand and said nothing, just stood off to the side without making eye contact. A young girl came out from the back, with a receipt, calling my name. She informed me that they did not have the cake because they “did have a cappuccino cake that morning but it was bad so they threw it out.” Now I was very upset. You don’t have the cake and no one called to inform me even though in the app it said it was ready 3.5 hours prior??? I expressed this to her and she said she had nothing to do with this and knew nothing about it. She asked if I would like to purchase another cake. Why would I like to purchase another cake when the one I purchased is not there? I wanted a refund. At the register it took her and another young girl 20 minutes to issue a refund, neither making eye contact. After 20 minutes they said I was good to go without a receipt or any proof that they had issued a refund. I requested a receipt which was only a piece of paper showing a $0 transaction. I again expressed my frustration with the whole situation, as well as not being alerted ahead of time about the lack of cake. I shared that now I was late to a party and had no dessert. The girl informed me again that she had nothing to do with it and she didn’t know what happened. Where is the person in charge that knows what happened then?

I am deeply saddened by this whole situation. Not only did I show up empty handed to my friends party without something they were looking forward to but I was not informed ahead of time that the cake would not be waiting for me when I got there. I didn’t have time to plan for something else. Plus, I was charged already for the missing cake, that it is obvious was sold to someone else. There was no compensation or remorse for the major mistake that they made other than a waste of my time. I unfortunately will not be able to return to a location that does not value their customer’s business, time...

Let me start off by saying this place is my favorite for pastries and cakes. On Monday around 2:00pm I went in to order a birthday cake. My birthday is Christmas Eve and I did not want any Christmas decorations on the cake. The nice lady in the front went to go ask “the manager” ( I put this is in quotations because I’m not really sure if he was the manager) if he could come out to talk to me to place an order. He sounded very confusing and did not know what he was talking about. He told me I couldn’t get any cake besides a Christmas cake. Then he told me he could take the decorations off but it would look plain. I told him repeatedly I did not want a Christmas cake or a cake with mixed fruit. All I wanted was vanilla cake with strawberries. He then told me I could order a chocolate ganache cake. I didn’t want chocolate. I then asked if I could place an order for the Two tiered festive cake that he shows me in the Pamphlet that was vanilla with strawberries and decorated with fruit for $98 dollars. I then said can I order this one. He said “my boss would be mad if I place any special order cakes right now” even though in the pamphlet it says they need two days notice. I started to get the feeling that he just did not want to place an order to begin with which is a shame because I am a regular customer here. I left the store very upset thinking I was not going to get a birthday cake. I then looked on the Paris baguette app and saw that the cakes were still Available to order through the app. So my advice is to not go in and order which I used to do. Order on the app. I am still getting my cake from here but I just wanted to let someone know about the bad service I had on Monday and I hope they don’t mess up my cake order.

Update 12/26- I received a cake which I was very happy about. I got the two tiered festive cake with strawberries and cream. When we cut it open the bottom layer had strawberries and cream but the top tier had like chunks of mango or pineapple which was not disclosed when you order it. I do not like any fruit like mango or pineapple in my cakes. Was disappointed that could only...

Nothing says home quite like the smell of baking. This place should have their motto be: Bake the world a better place.

If you're looking for a "healthier" kick to baked goods with a refreshing creative approach — this is your jam.

I have been obsessed with their cakes for quite some time now. I was so happy to hear that one was going to open up locally. When it did, at first I was a little shocked it didn't have much on display (meaning a full menu availability), but later found out you can order any cake that Paris Baguette offers.

Now you might ask, why did I give it only 4 stars? Within the last month I've celebrated two birthdays. My business partner's daughter's birthday and a friend's birthday. I ordered the same Blueberry Green Tea Chiffon, twice. I got two different versions of "same" cake.

The original Chiffon was this beautifully elegant looking white frosted cake with a hint of grapes.

The other? White frosted with a bunch of blueberries thrown on top of it.

Funny part is, the first time I got the cake, they told me they had to have two days in advanced. I said, no problem. Paid in advanced and it came out exactly as intended.

The second time around, same process, picked the cake up, but didn't have time to check the cake. I thought, why would I need to?

It's unfortunate that this occured because the killer of any business is inconsistencies, so I hope this review ends up being helpful and this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Typically, I love surprises, but not in this case.

I understand that they just opened and building a proper staff and infrastructure takes a bit of time and requires patience. They'll definitely still have my business for now. Like anything in life, it's all about taking accountability and learning from our...

Came here to pick up an order this morning (8am-ish 10/9/25) for a coworker: a cake for someone's birthday and a latte. The place was not busy and so I got some pastries for myself. Only one other person was waiting and as I stood there I noticed the person making one of the drinks used regular milk. I had no idea if it was mine so I said nothing until the manager noticed the other person waiting and rushed to get her drink to her asking if she wanted to leave room for milk and gushing over the lady's baby bump. Cute and friendly. I only mention this to illustrate the difference in attitude I got. Obviously as mine was the only other drink being made so I knew whole milk was used. I asked them if that indeed was whole milk and both people working there just shifted their attitude while they remade my drink. I asked for the receipt and verified I did indeed order almond milk. I got a very curt "have a nice day." No sorry, no oops, no shrug. Just attitude and the worker (manager?) that twenty seconds before was gushing over the other customer just walked to the back like I was wrong to advocate for myself. So yeah I guess the pastries and cakes here are good otherwise but I'm sitting here in my car looking at it and wondering if they think nothing of not using almond milk (which was 89 cents extra btw) what else are they just letting slip? Coffee was really good, btw. After all this, this place is still better than any Starbucks.
