If I can give a zero I would but it will not allow me to post without a star rating. I wouldnât recommend coming here. Worst when it comes to customer service. Very rude cashier/associate named Alexis (that was the name on my receipt) lady with glasses and shoulder length curly hair . I came in to do a return, but before I went to their returns counter I went to shop around first. I had a two items that I wanna buy and so I went to their returns.
I handed her my returns (3 clothes) and my receipt, she said one of the items is not part of the receipt and I was like okay. She put it on the side and process the return for the other two. She asked me if I wanna use the balance for the items Iâm buying and I said yes.
She tried to process the item with out the receipt for a return using my number but she said nothing came up. From just there she just totally declined it rudely and said I need a receipt for this one.
So i googled the returns policy of nordstrom rack and it said using the receipt, phone number or the credit card. She never offered me to check using the credit card and I told her why would she do that and just said no without asking me first. When she looked using my credit card. She process the return And the very worst thing happened, she said
âItâs not my job to look your transaction using your credit cardâ.
That one really made me upset so much that I was shaking. I told her I want to talk to her manager and she called her manager. Manager wasnât that helpful as well, just said that will talk to her(cashier). And said that itâs not very nice, said sorry and if I needed anything else and thatâs it. Like she sound like a robot. Like reading from a script.
Worst customer service. Would never come back here to shop ever. Called corporate and will also email whoever I need to email. This is beyond acceptable. Poor management/customer service. Three times I went here always have a long line. And sometimes cashiers talk behind the register while they see a line...
Read moreDo not try to shop here with an infant. I was shopping with my 10 month old and wanted to try on some dresses but was told I couldn't bring my cart in the dressing room. I explained that I was using it to transport my daughter (I had no other merchandise in it) and the fitting room attendant, to her credit, recognized my dilemma immediately and said she would talk to her manager. When the manager came over she explained (like I was 5 years old and with no apology whatsoever) that it was a safety hazard to have the carts in the rooms. So I said, ok, I guess I'll just have to let her crawl around on the floor..., to which she smiled and said, "ok". What? Now, I understand not wanting the carts in the fitting rooms and I would NEVER think of bringing it in otherwise, but the REAL safety issue was having my infant crawling on the dirty floor, where I found small pieces of metal, plastic, and threads... All of which would go right in her mouth if given the chance. Needless to say I ended up giving up quickly and abandoned the dresses without trying them on. Very disatisfied and disappointed with the lack of empathy and common sense. I'd also like to point out that I went to a competitor store afterwards and not only was offered a large room where me, my daughter, AND the cart she was riding in could go, but I also found the dress I needed. I know where I am welcome...
Read moreI enjoy shopping at Nordstrom Rack. I was making an exchange today for an item I purchased last week. I didn't expect to exchange this item, so I had already taken the tag off. The cashier with the long black hair with a reddish tone to it and glasses realized that the item was missing the tag and said, "oh the tag isn't even on it???" in a rude manner and literally tossed my item to the side. She then asked if I had the receipt. When I gave her the receipt, she scanned it and could not find the item I was exchanging. In a rude manner, she asked if this was "even the right receipt". I said "I think so", and took a look at the screen. I then realized that I brought the wrong receipt. At this point, it was clear that she was highly annoyed. Again, in a rude manner, she asked if I had the card I used to purchase it with. I said "yes" and inserted the card to look up the item that way and she literally tossed my receipt back at me on the counter. I couldn't believe she was this rude, because this was the same cashier that helped me with another purchase a few weeks ago and she was actually pretty decent. I was shocked because I wasn't rude at all and it was a very simple transaction considering I had the card that I used to purchase the item with and I was just doing an even exchange. I don't understand why people work in retail if they lack...
