I needed to see a Valentino belt that was in a locked display wall shelf. An older cocasian cashier took forever to give me some assistance. I waited well over 20 minutes and had to return to her to again ask for assistance. Staff was suspicious when I stood looking at a valentino pocket book that I intended to purchase. I viewed them pointing to me. One person came over, and I asked if there was a problem. She tried to play it off. I was waiting for my husband to ask his opinion. I was upset and left the store but returned because I had already looked online, and the same style I wanted was sold out. Of course, because we were a black couple, they watched us. I went to the cashier to let her know I wanted to purchase the pocket book, which was the only one and the color black. I purchased the $500.00 pocket book with no problem. I will not shop at that Saks anymore. I only went back because it was sold out.and they had the only black in that style, which was the color I wanted. Racist staff, poor customer service, and lack of professionalism. I felt uncomfortable and embarrassed to have been treated by staff...

It would be a sin to not recommend Chimney Rock Inn to everyone you know. I recently got diagnosed with celiac disease and had to go gluten free. Chimney Rock has the absolute BEST pizza I have ever had..and when I tell you I have went on a mission to find good pizza without actual flour dough...all I have to say is, it has been HARD. I thank the lord for the paths that led me here, making celiac not as awful as it has to be. I highly recommend this even to those who are (normal) NOT gluten free.
