The guy working the front was extremely rude and arrogant.... They don't listen to what people ask for and give you whatever they decide to put in your bowl regardless of what you ask for. These people all need to be fired if this place wants to stay in business. Also the guy didn't wash his hands after handling money and then was preparing the food, another guy scratched his head and didn't wash hands absolutely disgusting funny thing is we came in while passing through and are celebrity food and travel bloggers with over 3 million followers on various channels , this looked like a unique place so we decided to drop in for that obviously "not so" southern hospitality! This would have been a great support for your business to bad it has to be a bad review and story we will be writing and vlogging about your business..

Very disrespectful when it comes to food allergies very reckless my child has a food allergy and we told them what to leave out of it they had multiple instances we seen with cross-contamination as well as they put the item we told them make sure to leave out in our child's drink they also gave my wife the wrong bowl this place is a total disaster thank God we was paying attention and saw what they did with our child's drink.. when we told them about my child's drink situation when they were handing it to us the guy smirked there and the other person was thinking the mistake was funny because they laughed when the other guy told them they put the allergy ingredient in there... Wouldn't be funny if our child got sick from it and an attorney got involved.

We were there at 1:07pm on Sunday and my wife went to order. She walked up to the cashier Shelby and Shelby just sat there for about 30 seconds playing on her phone while my wife waited for her to finally look up. At the end of the order, we waited for our order to be called out but it wasn't. So it sat there at the counter longer until I went up to ask if it was our order as other customers behind us were getting their order. We also ordered a 24 oz berry chocolate but we believe they gave us a 16oz size. We asked the guy if it was 24oz and he said yes but it looked smaller when we poured our 16 oz water bottle in it. Our water bottle filled the cup. Yet, my wife still gave a tip on the sale at the time of purchase. Why? For below average service? The crew did not...
