We shopped here after my veteran husband’s back surgery, for context we are over an hour and a half away and fully anticipated being able to take the piece home with us that day. They refuse to help move any pieces you purchase. Carol is extremely rude and has obviously has a very charmed, and problem free life. She is the sole reason our business will not return, we have never been made to feel like a piece of gum on someone’s shoe the way she made us feel. Just for doing business there. Directed us to come around back to load, then would not answer the door. After we walked around the front and waited to be told we owed them $50, in addition to what we had to pay for the piece. The woman we waited on was too busy having a cigarette to answer at the back. It’s a shame because even though most of the pieces are repop or priced very high there were some neat things. We however will not be revisiting, if it wasn’t for Carol’s rude voicemail we possibly would’ve reconsidered. I went to willow creek on Friday to purchase some candles for a party. Although it an antique store the do sell decorator items I found some candles i liked one of the sales staff assisted me. This girl went so way in beyond for my behalf. She ended up calling the dealer to ask about fulfilling my purchase needs. She even when through dealers inventor to find the amount I needed. Their was also another item I wanted but there was a pricing label Discrepancy. She held the item until she could work out the issues she worked so diligently I recieved a phone call layer that day. Ended up being more favorable than anticipated. The salesperson when so way and beyond it was resurgence that true coustomer service exists.. I wish I could rate a zero. Absolute snotty privileged attitude by the people up front here. As my partner came in he was told to leave his bag up front or he would have to leave, a bag that is smaller than most purses by the way. We have been in multiple times and he was never asked to do so as well I could understand if everyone was required to leave all bags(purses) included up front however this wasn't the case. Also the attitude in how it was told to him was uncalled for. Luckily we have never found anything worth buying at your store as we have at many others.
