With less than 7 days before an event that was booked 3 months ago, this company contacted me via text message to cancel because the trailer is "in the shop". While I do understand that things happen, what happened AFTER is why I would never recommend this company to anyone I remotely care about. He was completely dismissive and delayed in issued my refund despite lying and saying it was already done. When I asked him to give me a call back to confirm the status of my refund, he told me that he "was grown and I didn't need to tell him when to follow up with me" before hanging up on me. Business etiquette is vital. When you inconvenience someone, especially a "valued" customer, who chose to spend their money with you - RESPECT is a bare minimum. We rented this truck for our company event and we had the 3 hour package, which didn't even seem like enough time! Our small team of 24 was hesitant at first but very quickly everyone started bowling and hanging in the lounge. Once the first person did Karaoke, we had a steady line of singers and everyone loved it! A smaller group played laser tag at one point and also had a great time. This husband/wife team was extremely accommodating to our group and everything ran very smoothly, despite it being one of the coldest days of 2025.
