🚨🚨 Enter at your own Risk🚨🚨 I gave this place 3 chances to get their business in order and I’m here to say They are the most unprofessional establishment. I went to see “ The Color Purple,” today with the family. Thinking that I would enjoy my experience… I did not from the bar tender Jalen to the GM Tim no ma’m Pam. first please teach your associates how to have A1 customer service wrather your short staff or not. I get that most places are short staff but control the controllables. When walking in I expect to be greeted however there was no one at guest services just a sign that states go to the kiosk if you don’t have a ticket. Luckily I had already bought my family and myself a ticket. Then you usually see another assoicate at the podium that scans the ticket and show you where your theater is. However, they weren’t there either.. so I ask the person ( Jalen)at the bar do we sit ourselves he’s like yup! I’m like okay noted. My family and I proceed to walk to the theater, we sit down and we scan QR code to order our food/ drinks however the full menu is not on the app for you to order. So I’m thinking maybe I have to order at the bar. I get up stay at the bar for about 20 mins. I Order through Jalen who’s making drinks and I see him of course multitasking to get orders together. But he’s not telling us “ sir/ ma’m we are short staff please be patient with me as I’m the only associates taking orders…. NOTHING… he proceeds to take orders not writing anything down. I start passing out the menu to people behind me and I tell them to write their orders down for him… he did not once say their fryer was down so therefore they wouldn’t be able to make some of the orders. I ordered a small popcorn, a drink and the coconut shrimp. He goes and tell me that he’ll have Someone drop my shrimp off to me. I’m like okay well let me write what theater I’m in on a napkin for him … I go back to my theater and wait for about 20/24 more mins nothing has came out to me. I’m like okay well let me follow up since clearly they don’t communicate. I go up to Jalen I’m like hey man I’m waiting on my shrimp he’s like oh yea I meant to tell you we can’t make the shrimp you’ll be refunded. I’m like oh wow how will y'all refund me? he’s like the manager will be waiting for yall after the movie!! Now you know managment was not their waiting on us to get out to refund anything. I had looked for Tim I guess his name is the GM… I had an horrible interaction with him as well!! I’m like y'all need to do better with the way Y’all communicate with customers cuz why didn’t managment speak up and let us know that unfortunately at this time they weren't serving everything that’s on the menu, allegedly the fryer was broken, but it wasn’t communicated until there was an issue. Then, as I’m explaining my frustration to the manager Tim he cuts me off .., now as manager you should hear the feedback from your customers whether you Like It or not, and then come up with solutions on how you’re going to fix the issue Tim did not have too many solutions. “ One look cinema”’ do Better from managment...
Read moreCome at your own risk. The movie theater is nice but the service, food, and bathrooms are horrendous. We tried this for the 2nd time and it's certainly the last. Day of visit. 6/28/25- F1, 7/5/25- How to train a dragon.
You can't even sit down well enough before being badger by 5 people if you want to order. Then when you order, you pay in full immediately with a tip where they will intentionally click the highest. Also note, you have not even received your food and drink yet.
Last week, We kept receiving the incorrect food with servers saying it is our food but it was not. We had to share our receipt multiple times. Then I received mine an hour before my son's and his had to be sent back because it was wrong. Our brownie sundae was disgusting. No taste and gummy brownies. You can tell it was probably already made store bought brownies with the cheapest ice cream thrown on top.
We tried again Yesterday because it was a deal on groupon for tickets. Food was delayed again. Almost an hour and my quesadilla was burnt in the inside with one piece of dry cube of chicken, no flavor. A quesadilla only takes 10-15 minutes to prep/cook. Amazingly bad how that can burn this and appalled they would serve dry chicken. My son's pizza actually came out perfect. Which was beyond shocking. The popcorn was also old. And I never saw my waitress again but one time to grab the order, money and tip. The kitchen needs to be scrapped and the servers need to be trained and everyone should know by heart or at least read the letters for the row and numbers for the seats for good delivery. Also the food should be reviewed in the light with the receipt besides it so it can be delivered to the correct party. I saw so many servers reading in the dark and looking at sandwiches in the dark. Last week, I know the kitchen had a huge loss for all the food that was thrown away due to incorrect deliveries/wrong orders and mistakes on simply not reading and paying attention. My opinion, Please close the kitchen before this place gets close down. It's not worth it at all. Come here if you just want to see a movie. Make sure you eat before coming. Or allow the kids to come for a summer place. But not at all upscale or worth the $50-75 food price + $30-40 ticket price. Go to a studio movie grill or movie tavern for that. Also can I tell you I saw multiple staff in the bathrooms, not to clean it up but to get on their phone, or play with their hair. And guess what, no hand washing at all. Also when you walk in there's hardly any one at the register. You are going to wait a few minutes before someone walks up. Yea this place is not 4 stars at all. Don't be fooled. Read the comments before coming. Especially the kitchen, staff, food, and customer...
Read moreI honestly don’t even know where to start because this experience was incredibly disappointing from the moment we walked in. Immediately upon entering the theater, it was impossible not to notice how dirty everything was. There were snacks, trash, and food debris scattered all over the floors in the lobby area — it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in hours, maybe even all day. It definitely set a bad tone for the night right off the bat.
After that, I went to the bathroom, hoping it would at least be better maintained — it wasn’t. The trash cans in the bathroom were completely overflowing, to the point where people had started just leaving their trash around the sinks. Every single stall was out of toilet paper. Not just one or two stalls — all of them. On top of that, the floors were dirty, and the overall condition of the restroom was just unacceptable for any business, especially one that’s supposed to offer a premium experience like a dine-in movie theater.
When it came time to go into our actual theater, we were stopped by a staff member who told us we couldn’t enter yet because they needed to clean and wipe everything down. I tried to be patient, figuring they were at least trying to make it right. After about a five-minute wait, we were finally allowed in. But to my disbelief, the theater was still dirty — seats had crumbs all over them, the floors were sticky, and there were leftover trays from the previous showing. Honestly, I have no idea what they even cleaned during that time.
Trying to order food was another disaster. We were told that half the menu was sold out and that the only real option left was chicken tenders. It felt like a bait and switch — people go to a dine-in theater because they expect a full menu and an elevated experience, not because they want to be stuck eating the same concession stand food they could get at any regular theater. What’s worse is that this wasn’t even a one-off experience. The last time I came — when Inside Out 2 was released — it was the exact same story: half the menu unavailable, dirty facilities, and an overall feeling that the staff and management just didn’t care.
At this point, I genuinely think LOOK needs to seriously reconsider their priorities. Cleanliness and being properly stocked on food should not be optional — it should be standard. If you are advertising yourself as a dine-in experience, you have a responsibility to actually deliver that experience, not just charge extra for a service you can’t consistently provide.
In all honesty, I feel like I completely wasted my money coming here. I could have had a much better experience at Studio Movie Grill or even a regular theater. I won’t be returning anytime soon unless major...
