P.A.W.S. Thrift Shop — Attraction in Bryson City

Really love that this thrift store supports a great cause and staff seems to be very kind, but most items are not priced. What prices I did see were much higher than most thrift stores. I asked a price on a non clothing item they looked it up on online and offered me the same price. I would just buy it online if it’s the same price. From previous reviews I’m assuming pricing is probably a case by case basis so sometimes you can get bargains other times you won’t. They seem to have nice items but a hassle to ask on every thing. Hope to see them have a more generalized and straightforward pricing system like other thrift stores. Would love to support...

Openly lies about not dealing with gold or silver, yeah, I guess so when they have a private seller they sell it to and pocket the money.

If I could find out who oversees this thrift store I would report them in a heartbeat due to their scummy way of dealing and stealing from their "non profit" store.

Prices are really high. Charging retail prices on a lot of items, guess we can thank a quick google search for that. I go to a thrift store to get deals, not pay retail.

Additionally, was shopping there a couple weeks ago and the person behind the counter was talking with a customer about breeding their dogs...PAWS has a hard enough time finding homes for unwanted dogs and here they are talking about breeding them. Kinda...
