I am appreciative of the location but wish there was more to it.
I hate greyhound, so if I'm going anywhere that's not long enough for a plane ride, I'm catching the Amtrak. The train is very spacious and their outlets usually work. I also appreciate that they can scan my ticket on my phone rather than printing it out. The ppl on the trains are nice and willing to answer questions.
But this location is lacking. There are bathrooms, 1 vending machine for snacks, and 1 vending machine for drinks. You'll be lucky if someone is actually at the booth. The hours are not consistent with the train schedules so you are lucky if the inside is open. Which is horrible, especially due to the location of the station and the fact that Buffalo is usually cold. I don't understand why they arent open 24hrs. Or at least during the hours of departure...
