My friends and I wanted facials. It was four of us. I called to book an appointment and told her specifically that it would be 4 coming in. She booked me 3:45 and I said perfect. We drove all the way from Bellevue because all the other places we're booked. While communicating on the phone I confirmed with her 3 times... I should have known she wasn't understanding because of the broken English. Now, when we arrive she acts shocked. I told her we're here for the facials. She says "ooh I'm sorry I can't do four people, my facility is to small, I would have to do one at a time plus it's just me". I said, "I told you it would be four people coming". So now here comes all the excused as to why she couldn't perform. Of course we were upset and for her it was close to her closing time. She tried to get me to rebook for another day I said no and walked out. So,she denied services to me and let hundreds walk...

It was time for me to find a new barbershop. I use to go to the barbershop near Normandy Park by QFC but the parking was always limited and there was about 4 barbers with different style of cutting hair so most of the time my hair cut would look different from what I asked for.

So I decided to check this place out for a haircut and it was a great experience! The place is nice, clean and service was awesome and plenty of parking.

I wanted a fade and Duc did not disappoint! Before starting he cleans and sanitize his whole workstation. He takes his time and make sure everything looks perfect before finishing up. He’s a professional at what he does for sure and takes pride in it. Duc is my new to go barber now and plus while you’re waiting for food next door or the wifey is shopping at Ross you can swing by this place and get a fresh haircut. Here are the things I like best about this barber.

I am one of those people who is still wearing a face mask. It has been over 10 years since I have been sick and I think the face mask is one of the things that is helping me stay healthy and well.

I went all over Burien looking for a Barber during COVID and until I walked into this barber, no other place made me feel like they cared about my safety and health doing anymore than what the government was mandating. This barber went above and beyond the safety measures mandated by the government.

I also appreciated the barber taking extra time knowing what style of cut I wanted and making sure I got the cut I wanted.
